(2)howwelltheirneeds(includingsocial,economic,educational,andhealth)arebeingmet

Radicalism:

Thesocialandpoliticalsystemasitstandsisnotstructurallycapableoftrulyprovidingsocialjustice.Drastic,fundamentalchangesarenecessaryinthebasicsocialandpoliticalstructuretoachievetrulyfairandequaltreatment.
