“张氏帅府”又称“大帅府”、“小帅府”，是奉系军阀首领张作霖及其长子，著名爱国将领张学良的官邸和私宅。

始建于1920xx年，占地29146平方米，总建筑面积27570平方米。

由东院、中院、西院和院外的不同风格的建筑群组成，是我国近代优秀建筑群之一。

帅府中院为青砖结构的三进四合院，是1920xx年张作霖刚当上北洋军阀陆军27师师长时开始兴建的仿王府式建筑。

该院坐北朝南呈“目”字型，共有11栋57间，建筑面积1768平方米。

四合院正门南侧有一座起脊挑檐的影壁，刻有“鸿禧”大字的汉白玉板镶嵌在影壁正中，正问两侧各立着一对抱鼓石狮和上马石。

20世纪20--30年代，张氏帅府中曾发生过多起震惊中外的事件：

张作霖在此成为“东北王”;皇姑屯事件发生后，“大帅”身负重伤，死在帅府;张学良将军在这里宣布“东北易帜”、维护了祖国统一，并处决了杨宇霆和常荫槐。

解放后，人民政府多次拨款维修这一建筑群，将其列为省级文物保护单位。
