AsPartyArequested,PartyBwillprovideorchestraperformanceserviceforPartyA.Thecontractoftheperformanceserviceisasfollowingafterfriendlynegotiationbetweenthetwo
parties:
受甲方委托，乙方为甲方提供管弦乐演出服务。
经双方友好协商，特签署如下演出服务合同：

II.CONDITIONSOFTHEPAYMENT价格条款
A,PartyAwillpayPartyB____USDOLOLLARastheservicefeeincludingtax.
甲方向乙方支付演出服务费____美元（含税）；
B,Way/sofPayment:
付款方式:
a.PartyAwillpayPartyB30%ofthetotalfeeoftheperformanceserviceoneweekbeforetheperformance.Theremaining70%oftheperformancefeewillbepaidtoPartyBonthesameday
oftheperformancebyPartyA.
甲方提前一周向乙方支付定金为演出服务费总额的30%，余额70%于演出当天向乙方结清。
b.PartyAmustguaranteetopayPartyBthewholeamountofservicefeeonthesamedaywhentheperformanceisfinished.Thewayofpaymentcanbecash.
甲方保证在演出活动结束当天向乙方支付全额演出服务费；支付方式可按现金支付。
C,IfPartyAneedstohaveareceiptfromPartyB,PartyAmustpayextrafeewhichisequaltothetaxlateronpaidbyPartyB.
如甲方需乙方提供发票给甲方，甲方须另补足相应的税收金额。
III.SERVICECONDITIONS服务条款
A,PartyAshouldprovidepropervenueandsomeroom/sforperformerstohavearest.Duringtheperformingtime,itisPartyA'sresponsibilitytomakesureofgoodorderinsidethevenueso
astolettheperformancegosmoothlywithoutanyinterferenceordisruption.Duringtherecess,person/sinchargeofPartyAshouldprovideacupofsoftdrinkforeachperformerfromParty
B.
甲方在合同期内为乙方提供合适的场所和演员休息室，在演出时间内，负责维持好场内秩序，以保证演出顺利进行。
休息时间甲方主管人员负责向乙方演出人员提供每人软饮料一杯.
B,PartyBwillguaranteethatalltheperformershavetheskills/standard/expertiseagreedonthecontract.
乙方保证派出的演出人员应具有双方商议所确定的水平和能力。
C,PartyBmustguaranteethatalltheperformerswillarriveatthevenuepunctuallyandbereadyfortheperformanceservice.AnyperformersfromPartyBshouldnoteitherarrivelateor
leaveearly.Ifthereisanemergency,PartyBmustinformPartyAbeforehandandgetapprovalfromPartyA.
乙方必须确保安排的演出人员按指定时间到达指定地点提供演出服务；乙方在演出时间内不得迟到早退，如有特殊情况，必须事先通知且征得甲方同意。
D,PartyBwillguaranteethenumberof......performers.Theensemblememberswillwearcostumesfortheperformanceandusemake-upsoastolookniceandelegance.Ifanyother
equipment/sis/areneededfortheperformance,PartyBmustmeetalltherequirements.
乙方保证乐队演出人数人，乐队统一服饰，演员必须化装，穿演出服，仪表整洁、大方；如该场演出需要乙方携带附属演出所需其它设备,乙方必须完全按要求做到。
IV.BREAKINGTHECONTRACT违约条款
A,IfthereisnoguaranteetosendtheperformersforPartyAagreedinthecontract,PartyBshouldinformPartyA15workingdayspriortotheperformance.ItisalsoPartyB's
responsibilitytorecommendsomeotherperformerswhohavethesameskills/expertiseforPartyA.OtherwisePartyAreservestherighttoseekforcompensationfromPartyB.
如乙方此后不能为甲方派出约定的演员，乙方应提前15个工作日通知甲方，并有义务向甲方推荐具有同等水平和能力的演员；否则甲方将保留索赔的权力。
B,BothPartyAandPartyBmustreconfirmthecontractsevendayspriortotheperformance.Afterthereconfirmation,anycancellationofthecontracteitherfromPartyAorPartyBwillbe
regardedastheviolationofthecontractConsequently,whoevercancelledthecontractwillpayanotherparty50%ofthetotalservicefeeasthecompensationoftheviolatingthecontract.
甲、乙双方须在演出前一周（七天）予以最后确认演出合同，之后届时无论哪方取消演出，均视为单方违约行为，并须向对方支付50%标的的违约金。
C,Anyotheraffairsorthedispute/scausedbythecontractwillbekindlynegotiatedbetweenthetwoparties.
其它未尽事宜，或由本合同引发的争议，由双方友好协商解决。
V.EFFICACITYPROVISION效力条款
A,Therearetwocopiesofthiscontract.PartyAandPartyBwillkeeponecopyeach.
本合同一式两份，甲、乙双方各执一份；
B,Thiscontractstartstobelegallyboundentobothpartiessincethedaywhenitissigned.Thefaxhasthesamelegalboundastheformalcontract.
自签字之日起生效，传真件与合同正本均有效。

根据《中华人民共和国合同法》，甲、乙双方基于互惠互利及双赢的合作原则，经友好协商，就双方合作由乙方在甲方指定的经营场所进行演出等事宜达成一致，并签订本协议以资双方共同遵守。

合约期限Article1:

总计3+3个月；合约开始日期按照实际开始工作日期计算，续约须在本合同结束前的15日内与甲方协商确定。

演出内容Article2:
PerformanceContent
1.演出节目：
歌唱表演,乙方需要服从甲方的安排进行节目的配合演出。
Theperformanceprograms:
SINGINGshow,PartyBshouldcooperatewiththearrangementoftheclubtomaketheshow,needtoworkwithotherartistsintheclub.
2.每天工作时间为22:
00至次日凌晨02:
30，包括休息，化妆和换装的准备时间。
每位艺人需化妆且着好演出服于演出前30分钟就位。
PartyBistoworkfrom22:

30,includingcalltimesandpreptime.Allartistsmustreadywithmakeupandcostumesandstandby30minutesbeforetheperformance.
3.乙方每天演出2节，每节6首歌。
每天演出时长总计30分钟内；必须配合甲方演出形式的安排；
PartyBshouldwork2setspernight,everysetsing6songs.ShouldcooperatewiththeworkarrangementofPartyA.
4.演出现场待命（最终演出时间取决于场地方的具体情况）。
Thetimeforperformancestandbywillbedeterminedbylocationspecificsituation.
5.排练时间：
需服从甲方安排，甲方将会提前通知乙方彩排时间。
Rehearsaltime:
PartyBneedtofollowPartyA’sarrangements,PartyAwillnoticePartyBinadvance.
6.乙方在入境中国前必须准备好6套不同的演出服装，30首符合酒吧演出需求的演唱曲目，包括编舞，音乐，道具等，演员需自备演出高跟鞋，要求黑色同款，需自备黑色丝袜，内衣裤等。
PartyBshouldprovide6differentcostumesand30songswhichneededatClubsbeforecometoChinaincludingFinishedchoreographer,costumes,music,propsandetcandshallensuresexy
andhotshinningstagecostumes,PartyBartistsshallpreparethehighheels,blacklongsocks,underwearforshow,whichmustmatchwiththecostumes.
7.签约后3日内，乙方须将办理工作签证所需的资料（45分钟排练视频，彩色护照及签证扫瞄件）及高清宣传照片传至甲方.
Withinthe3daysaftersignthecontract,PartyBmustsendallthematerialneededforworkpermittoPartyAincluding20minrehearsalvideo,coloredpassportandvisascannedcopies
andHighqualitypromotionalphotostoPartyA.
8.演出地点：
全国，乙方需要配合工作地点的调动。
TheworkingcitiesofPartyB:
TheworkingplacesmaybeallovertheChina,Theartistsshouldbeabletoaccepttransfertodifferentcitiesduringthecontractperiod.
第三条：
付款及薪酬Article3:
Remuneration
（一）、演出报酬Performancesalary:
1、演出报酬：
甲方同意支付乙方表演费用税后美金2000美金/月/人。
PartyAshallpayPartyBatotalnetfeeof2000USD/month.
2、乙方每月带薪休息2天。
休息日不会为周五或周六及中国的重大节假日。
每月的休息日不可沿用至下个月使用。
计薪时间从演出之日起计算（如果没有演出，第五天起都应当计薪），到达中国当天为休息日，无薪；
PartyBhas2Daysoffpermonthwithsalary,Iftheartistsnottakethedayoffs,dailysalarywillberefundforthedayoffsnottakeascompensation.DayoffwillnotbeFriday,Saturday
ormajorholidaysinChina.Unuseddayoffscannotbecontinuedtothenextmonth.Thesalarywillbecountedfromthefirstworkingday,ifnotwork,thesalarywillbecountedonthefifth
dayafterarrival.Thefirstdayofarrivalisforrest,nosalary.
3、员工做满一年可以享受6天带薪休假。
AfteroneyearworkinHZagency,PartyBwillhave6daysvacationwithsalary.
4、付款方式如下MethodofPayment:
A. 每月15号发放上月整月演出报酬，最后一个月的工资由合约最后一天发放。
Salarywillbepaidonthe15thofthefollowingcalendarmonth.Paymentforthefinalmonthwillbepaidonthelastdayofthecontract.

（二）、行程安排ScheduleArrangement
1、演出日行程：
ScheduleforPerformancedays:
（1）甲方向乙方提供并支付所有演出相关的国际、国内经济舱机票，轮渡，大巴或火车票，乙方必须严格按照甲方预订的行程准时到达指定场所，否则视为乙方违约。
甲方需要负责乙方艺人国际往返机票费用，乙方的双程机票为：

PartyAprovidesPartyBallperformancerelateddomesticandinternationaleconomyclassairtransport,Boat,busortraintickets,PartyBmuststrictlyfollowtheschedulearrangedby
PartyA,andarriveattheassignedlocationontime,otherwisePartyBwillberegardedhaveanactionofbreachofcontract.PartyAshallcoverallcostsandflightsfromandtohome.The
roundtripticketsforPartyBare:
（2）甲方允许乙方来华及在华演出期间携带一个属于私人的正常尺寸行李箱和一个装服装的行李箱，因私人原因产生的行李超重费用由乙方自行承担。
