学习目标分析
语言知识目标：
学生能够理解并运用与饭店相关的词汇及形容词的比较级和最高级，从不同方面谈论并比较餐厅。
语言技能目标：
听——学生能够听懂有关饭店及外出就餐的谈话。
说——学生能够用简单的句式询问并提出建议。
读——学生能够读懂英文菜单。
写——学生能够简单介绍饭店的基本情况，如路程远近、饭菜价格及质量等。
学习策略：
学生能够运用阅读表格的策略对餐厅进行比较。
文化意识：
学生能够了解西方国家的就餐习惯以及中西餐饮文化的不同。
情感态度：
学生能够了解和运用餐厅服务员及就餐者的基本礼仪。
单元任务：
能够运用所学语言对学校周边的饭店做比较调查，以便外国朋友来访时加以选择。
学习者分析
中职新生英语水平普遍较低、离散度高；缺乏英语学习动力和自觉性，学习习惯不好，没有掌握正确的学习方法和策略。
但是他们好奇心强，精力充沛，动手能力强，在自我认知和人际交往方面有较强的内在需求。
因此，只要教师能从学生的实际水平出发，采用灵活多样的教学手段和方法，激发学生的学习兴趣和动力，并且在整个教学过程中，注意学习方法和策略指导，就能达到较好的教学效果。
学习内容分析

教学策略
1.对于自主学习能力较强的学生,在掌握书本知识的的前提下,可以学习同步练习册上的内容。
2.对于自主学习能力不强的学生,教师将给予相应的指导和帮助。
3.对于英语基础较差的学生,教师应在其原基础上给予相应的指导和帮助.使其在原基础上得到相应的提高.不必与学习成绩好的同学作同等要求。
4.全体学生都要接受教师定期的课业抽查和测验，并在本学期内参加英语应用能力考试。
精讲多练,以练为主；侧重听说写,兼顾读译。
5.采用启发式教学法、任务型教学反、交际活动教学法、讲授法、自主学习法等，结合多媒体教学设备。
学习成果
本课时的授课对象大多数都是女生，学生的基础相对较好，对英语学习积极性较高，但没有养成良好的学习习惯，也缺乏综合运用语言的能力。
本单元的内容与餐厅有关，与他们的专业联系密切。
这将有利于教师开展教学活动，培养学生的学习主动性，从听、说、读、写等方面提高他们的语言运用能力。
教学评价
通过课堂听课状态、小组活动表现、学生互评以及教师评价等方式进行教学评价。
