地铁施工作业指导书
前言
随着地铁建设规模的不断扩大,地铁工程技术快速更新。
为了适应企业的发展需要,统一标准,加强对技术人员和设备操作人员的培训,我们在学习消化已有的技术基础上,系统地汇总了近几年公司地铁施工技术,从暗挖区间、明挖车站、深基坑、降水、防水、主体结构、围护结构的连续墙、旋喷桩、SMW工法桩、端头井加固、盾构机始发、掘进、到达、过站、换刀、换盾尾刷、注浆、管片生产、拼装等四大类21项,编制了地铁施工的作业指导书汇编,给技术人员和设备操作人员提供参考。
本作业指导书其内容主要包括适用范围、作业准备、技术要求、施工工艺流程及操作要点、安全要求和措施、环境保护及文明施工,编写时注重其适用性、先进性、可靠性,体现机械化、精细化要求,具有较强的实用性和可操作性。

(一)基坑施工
(1)围护结构
连续墙施工作业指导书
1适用范围
本条文适用于地质条件为砂、土层的地下连续墙的施工作业。
2作业准备2.1场地准备
(1)施工场地移交后首先进行施工准备,组织连续墙施工机械、材料进场;铺设现场施工用水、用电线路、现场临时运输道路等。
(2)连续墙施工作业场地需要硬化,钢筋笼加工场地要平整。
施工场地内的临时房屋、内外地坪、道路、加工厂、材料,淤泥堆场、基坑四周进行硬化,场地硬化采用C20普通砼,厚300mm,在上部配置一层
12@300钢筋。
(3)在场地四周按照已放出连续墙轴线设置临时排水沟、集水井、沉淀池和泥浆池。
连续墙施工时产生的污水经临时排水沟排到集水井,经沉淀池沉淀后再排水入市政下水道。
(4)施工前对不利于施工机械运行的松散场地,采取有效的措施进行处理。
2.2技术准备
(1)审核图纸,要做好钢筋加工、混凝土灌注、连续墙成槽、泥浆制作各工序的技术交底。
(2)建立场内的测量控制网;组织施工队人员熟悉施工图纸,进行技术交底;编制施工方案,材料抽样送检。
(3、对入场工人进行三级安全教育和安全培训工作,办理进场人员平安卡登记手续。
讲解各种工序的操作规程,牢固树立“安全为了生产,生产必须安全”的思想意识,做到人人事事讲安全。
自觉遵守各项规章制度和操作规程。
(4)按照施工图纸及场内测量控制点,定出连续墙桩位及轴线,用水泥砂浆固定标桩,并认真进行技术复核,经有关部门办理签证手续,才能进行施工。
(5)施工前应作场地查勘工作,如有架空电线、旧基础、地下管线等设施,妨碍施工或对安全操作有影响的,应先妥善处理后方能开工。
(6)开工前,施工现场技术负责人和施工员应逐项检查施工准备,逐级进行技术安全交底和安全教育,要使安全、技术管理在思想、组织、措施都得到落实。

概述
一、为提高公司地铁项目施工技术管理水平,规范地铁项目技术管理工作,并有效控制地铁工程项目施工技术过程,防止各类事件、事故的发生,提升企业竞争力与效益,特制定《中铁五局南昌轨道交通1号线土建5标项目部标准化管理体系文件之四——工程技术管理》。
二、《中铁五局南昌轨道交通1号线土建5标项目部标准化管理体系文件之四——地铁工程施工作业指导书》针对南昌地铁施工各施工作业进行了指导说明,特别是针对南昌地铁交通疏解方案、人行天桥施工方案等做出了阐述,希望能在公司以后的地铁施工领域中起到举一反三,抛砖引玉的作用,其中如有遗漏或不妥之处敬请见谅。

第一篇施工准备工作作业指导书
一、交通疏解作业指导书1、适用范围
本作业指导书适用于南昌轨道交通1号线土建5标项目部八一广场站交通疏解。
(以八一广场站为例)
2、交通疏解原则
(1)、保证施工安全及交通安全的原则;
(2)、尽量保证道路畅通的原则;
(3)、坚持公交优先的原则,合理引导市民出行;(4)、节约资源和可持续发展的原则;
(5)、符合性原则,满足建设工期和工程质量标准;
(6)、施工安全、环境保护、水土保持和地质灾害防治等要求;
(7)、科学、经济、合理的原则,树立系统工程的理念,统筹分配工期,做好专业衔接,合理安排施工顺序,组织均衡,连续生产,管理目标明确,指标量化,措施具体,针对性强;
(8)、尽可能采取成熟的技术施工,把地铁施工期间对八一广场、八一大道等周边道路交通的影响降到最低,构造和谐社会。
3、交通疏解方法
(1)、原有道路状况
八一大道路原行为双向十车道,道路宽度为37.6m。
(2)、交通疏解方法
八一广场站交通疏解共分二期进行:
①第一期交通疏解
第一期围挡封闭八一广场站东端头部分及西侧新华书店面积,围挡总面积占地14514平米,占用时间8个月;主要进行绿化及管线改迁,一号线西端地下连续墙及八一大道新华书店前钢便桥施工。
交通疏解方案:
改八一广场路段为单向环岛形式,八一大道为单向5车道,行驶车辆由北往南行驶,两条人行、非机动车道。
由南往北行驶的车辆从孺子东路绕广场经广场南路、广场北路、中山东路行驶进入八一大道。
中山东路右拐驶入八一大道车道由2车道改为4车道,八一大道右拐驶入孺子东路车道由2车道改为4车道,广场东路改单行为双行。
并在广场及周边图示处共设置五座人行天桥。
②第二期交通疏解
第二期交通疏解是为施工一号线围护结构与主体结构及二号线地下连续墙,占用第一期围挡面积及八一广场站2号线部分场地及道路,占地总面积20773平米。
占地时间12个月。
本期交通疏解主要利用一期施工完成的钢便桥进行实施,改八一广场路段为单向环岛形式,八一大道为单向5车道,行驶车辆由北往南行驶,两条人行、非机动车道。
由南往北行驶的车辆从孺子东路绕广场经广场南路、广场北路、中山东路行驶进入八一大道。

(1)、施工时积极与当地各级行政及公安交警部门合作,在施工总平面布置和交通组织示意图规定位置
