Automobileavailablemorethanacentury,especiallyfromthemassproductionofmotorvehiclesandtheautomotiveindustrysincethedevelopmentoflarge,Carhasbeentheeconomicdevelopmentoftheworldformankindtoenterthemodernlifeandhavehadatremendousimpactontheimmeasurable,Theprogressofhumansocietyhasmadeindeliblecontributionstothegreat,epoch-makingsetoffarevolution.FromFromthevehicleasapowerplantusinginternalcombustionenginetostart,autotransmissionhasbecomeanimportantcomponent.IsGenerationiswidelyusedinautomotivereciprocatingpistoninternalcombustionenginewithasmallsize,lightweight,reliableoperationandtheuseofTheadvantagesofconvenience,butitstorqueandspeedrangeofsmallerchanges,andcomplexconditionrequirestheuseofmotorvehiclesTractionandthespeedcanbeconsiderablechangesinthescope.Therefore,itsperformanceandvehicledynamicsandeconomyofTherearelargeinter-contradictions,whichcontradictionsofmodernautomotiveinternalcombustionenginebyitselfisinsoluble.BecauseHere,intheautomotivepowertrainsetupthetransmissionandmainreducerinordertoachievethepurposeofdecelerationbymoment.SpeedThemainfunctionofperformance:

⑴changegearratioofmotorvehicles,andexpandthewheeldrivetorqueandrotationalspeedoftheFanWai,inordertoadapttoconstantlychangingdrivingcycle,whiletheengineinthemostfavorableconditionswithinthescopeofwork;⑵nochangeinthedirectionofenginerotation,underthepremiseoftherealizationofcarsdrivingback;⑶therealizationofthefree,temporaryInterruptionofpowertransmission,inordertobeabletostarttheengine,idling,etc..Variable-speeddrivetransmissionbythemanipulationofinstitutionsandagencies.ChangethetransmissionratiobywayoftransmissionisdividedintoThereareclass-type,non-stageandmulti-purposethree.Haveclassmostwidelyusedtransmission.Itusesgeardrive,withanumberoftransmissionratiosetting.SteplesstransmissionContinuouslyVariableTransmission(CVT)transmissionratioofacertainTheframeworkofmulti-levelchangesmaybeunlimited,thereisacommontypeofpowerandtorque(dynamicfluid-type)andsoon.ContinuouslyVariableTransmissionTransmissiondevelopmentistheultimategoal,becauseonlyitcanmakethemosteconomicalengineinworkingconditionCanprovidethebestvehiclefueleconomyandoptimalpowerinordertoprovidethemostcomfortableBythefeeling.Today'sCVTisatypicalrepresentativeoftheCVTandIVT,howeverasaresultofthereliabilityofPoor,non-durablematerialsandhighcostissues,developmentisnotverygood.ComprehensivereferstotransmissiontorqueconverterandthemechanicalcomponentshavetheleveloftransmissionvariablehydraulicmechanicalSpeed,thetransmissionratiocanbebetweenthemaximumandminimumrangeofafewdiscontinuouschangefornoclass,butitsSignificantlylowertransmissionefficiencythantheefficiencyofgeardrives.2Bymanipulation,transmissioncontroltypecanbedividedintomandatory,automaticandsemi-automaticcontroltomanipulatethree-Species.MandatoryonthedrivertomanipulatethedirecttransmissiongearshiftcontrolforthemajorityofmotorvehiclesusedAlsoknownasManualTransmissionManualTransmission(MT).Automatictransmissioncontrolselectionofthetransmissionratio(transmission)iscarriedoutautomatically.JustaddthedrivertomanipulateSpeedpedal,youcancontrolthespeed,alsoknownasAutomaticTransmissionAutomaticTransmission(AT).ItisAccordingtothespeedandload(throttlepedaltravel)fortwo-parametercontrol,stallinaccordancewiththeabovetwoParameterstoautomaticallytake-offandlanding.ATandMTincommonisthattheyareleveltransmission,butATAccordingtothespeedofthespeedshiftautomatically,youcaneliminatethemanualtransmission"setback"oftheshiftfeel.However,ATalsohavemanydrawbacks,suchasbodycomplex,mechanicalefficiencyisnothigh,highcost,reliabilityandcontrolSensitivityremainstobeincreasing.AMT(AutomatedMechanicalTransmission)isinthetraditionaldryclutchandmanualtransmissiongearbasedonthetransformationofform,mainlytochangethepartofthemanualgearshiftcontrol.Thatis,theoverallstructureoftheMTcasesthesameswitchtoelectronicallycontrolledautomatictransmissiontoachieve.Semi-automaticcontrol,therearetwoformsoftransmission.Anumberofstallsisacommonautomaticcontrol,andtheremainingstallsmanipulatedbythedriver;theotherispre-style,thatis,pre-selectedpilotstalls,theclutchpedalinthedownorreleasetheacceleratorpedal,theforretirementoranelectromagneticdevicetoshiftthehydraulicdevice.Inrecentyears,withadvancesinvehicletechnologyandroadtrafficdensityincreased,theperformancerequirementsofthetransmissionisalsogettinghigherandhigher.Alargenumberofautomotiveengineersinimprovingtheperformanceofautomobiletransmissionstudyagreatdealofeffortdevotedtotherapidtransmissionoftechnologydevelopment,suchasAT,AMT,DCT,CVTandtheemergenceofIVT.

3.Faultdiagnosisandtroubleshooting

JumptofilestallsUnascertained:

Aftertakingheattheentirevehicle,increasetheuseofcontinuous,slowapproachtoroadtesteachfileisdetermined.

Willjumptothegearleverhangingfilestallstheengineoff,transmissioncoverremovedcarefullytoobservethematingdancegearcasefile.
