IfTathagatawasalwaysabidingandnotdying,thelivingbeingswouldbearroganceandpride,wearyandlazy. Theywouldnotgeneratethethoughtthat'ItishardtohaveBuddhadwellingintheworld'andthereverencemind. That'swhyBuddhausedthisexpedientmethodenteringtheNirvanafordeliveringthelivingbeings.
AssoonastheBuddhaenteringtheNirvana,thelivingbeingsmadeofferingsofBuddha'sSari,theywereallremembertheBuddhawithlongingandgratefultohim. Becauseofthis,thelivingbeingsgeneratedthereverencemind.
