U.S.troopsinrecenttenyearsofmilitaryactionandsummarizestheexperiencethatthefollowingconclusion:

thefirst,inthemodernwarconditions（especiallyintheinformationwar）,strategicbombersposition,functionandwayoperationaluseoftheverybigchangehasoccurred;Thesecondworldwarbrokeout,thepossibilityofsmall,regionalconflictsandhaslocalwarhasbecomethemainformofthefuturewar,isthreatennationalsecurityfirstexternalfactors;Third,intheU.S.havecutoverseasmilitarypresence,andoftheglobalpowercontractionofthebackground,as"rapidresponseforce"ofthebombardmentaviationstrategyindealingwithoverseasthecrisiswhenthestatusandfunctionsofnotonlydidn'tabate,butcontinuedtobeenhanced.

Continuouslyimprovethecapabilitiesofbombardmentaviationstrategyhasbeenregardedasoneofthekeytaskbyustroops.Inordertomakeitmeettheneedsofmodernwar,makeupforitsinkosovo,Afghanistan,Iraqwarexposedshortcomingsandinadequate,theairforceformulatedandimplementedaseriesofplansandmeasures,underthestrategicbomberstoallonmoderntechnologyupgradingandreconstruction.Accordingtoimagine,upgradedstrategicbomberscancarrymoretypesandmorenumberofarmsandammunition.Meanwhile,theU.S.militaryisworkingtodevelopingthenextgenerationofstrategicbombers,intheinvisible,flight,flyingspeed（to）,combatload,supersonicairborneradioelectronicequipment,andotheraspectsoftheperformancemorepowerful.

Atpresent,theairforcetherearethreestrategicbombers,respectivelyis:

B-52H,B-1BandB-2A.Themainbombardmentaviationstrategyofunitiscalledflightunited,atotalofsix,fiveofthembelongtotheairforceoperationscommand,onebelongstotheairforcereserveteamheadquarters.

U.S.strategicbomberaviationarmresidentairbasehavefive,whichbotharelocatedintheUnitedStates.Eachresidentairbasehaveoneorseveralairport,everyairportarebuilttheapronandoilpipeline.Residentairbasewasbuiltbetweenmaintenancehangar,technicalinspectionplatform,suchascanberelatedfacilities,totheparkinthestrategicbombersrepair,maintenanceandmaintenanceoroverhaulthetechnologyupgradingairbaseisnot）.Inaddition,inordertoensurethattheoperationalusestrategicbombers,theresidentaviationbasealsohasaspecialmissilestorageinlibrary,whennecessarytoprovidestrategicbombersairstrikesonammunition.Missilestorageinthelibrary,thestoreismostlycruisemissiles,ofcourse,alsohadthepartofnuclearmissiles.

Intheinternationalsituationhascontinuedtoworsen（inpartsappeartension）andU.S.troopsintothe4levelofcombatreadiness,strategicbombersunitedwillgraduallyorcompletelycancelcombatmission,allintheplanningorotherairlinesflightstateinthestrategicbombersareatbasemustbereturnedbyairbase,permanentbaseforalltechnicalpersonnelwillstrategicbomberstechnologymaintenance.Atthesametime,butmustincreasetheimplementationofthestrategicbomberscombatmission,andthenumberoftheplanefromthesedigout30%toperformoperationsondutytask.NotethatwhiletheyperformoperationsondutyofthetaskstrategicbombersallmustobeytheU.S.strategicbattlecommandcontrolandschedule.Thestrategyfromtheusualbombardmentaviationconversionto4levelofcombatreadinesstimetakesabout1.52dayandnight.

Incrisiscontinuetoincreasehasoccurredandthenuclear,U.S.troopsfightingthewarreadinesslevelwillbefromtier3improvementtolevel2.Atthistime,thestrategicbombershaveallinplace,technicalpersonnelwillgivestrategicbomberstomakethelastwarinspection.2levelofcombatreadiness,implementationcombatdutytaskstrategicbombersquantitywillnotlessthan60%,strategicbombersfromcombatreadinesslevel3to2levelofcombatreadinessconversiontimeisabout12hours.

WhentheUnitedStatesfacestheenemydirectnuclearthreat,U.S.troopswillentergrade1combatreadiness.Atthistime,allthestrategicbomberswillallcombatduty,U.S.missionexecutionstrategicoffensiveforcecommandandcontrolsystemofthesparealsobegintostart,anddependonislocatedintheairandgroundDuoGemobilecommandpostfinishforstrategicbomberaviationarm'scommandandcontrol.

Thestrategyofthebombardmentaviationcombatduty

Beautystrategyimplementationbombardmentaviationoperationstaskisnotondutyattheairport,butwillstandbystrategicbombersintheair,andtookofftodothispurposehas2:

first,islocatedintheairstrategicbomberscanreducebyenemydestroyedinthegroundcangreatlyshortentheprobability,andfromtheairbasetocombatthedestinationofthetimefly;Second,inthesituationhasdeterioratedorcrisis,strategicbomberscombatdutyiscompletelyontheenemyastrategicdeterrent,canshowtheAmericangovernmentusedstrategicoffensivestrengthofthedeterminationandconfidence,andforcedtogiveuptheenemy,thenachieveU.S.warideaofpoliticalandmilitarytargets.

Thestrategicbomberaviationarmcarryingnuclearweaponsonthetaskexecutiontimefightingbeganin1958.Theperiod19611968,thestrategicbombersexecutesisnightandday24houruninterruptedcombatduty,andcruiseareamainlyinSpain,Portugal,labradorpeninsula（Canada）,andCanada,witheverydayandnight,has2to12strategicbombersincruiseareaactivities.1964-1965,beautyofstrategicbombersflightvehiclesisashighas40001968yearsreducedto200vehicles.DuetothestrategicbombersincruiseappearedwhenDuoCinuclearaccident,sosince1969,U.S.troopsstoppedstrategybombersintheaircombatduty.

Thestrategicbomberaviationarminthecombatmissiononduty,carriesouttheflightline6-7ofarticle.Cruise,isgenerallywillbetwostrategicbombersmakeupforagroupformationflight,flyingat10000-12000meters,theaverageflightspeedisabout800km/.Intheflytocruiseareafromabout350to400m,thetwomachinewillseparateactivity,alongtherouteoftherespectivepatrol,2-5hoursaftertwomachinewillmeetagaintoreturntoairbase,formation.Inaerialrefueling,strategicbombersflighttimecanbeupto12to24hours.

Thestrategyofthebombardmentaviationoperationsuse
