[Abstract]:

Thepaperproposedthekeytechnologicalissuesofthehardrockcuttingforthemineboomtypeheavyroadheader.IncombinedwiththeresearchanddevelopmentoftheEBZ300TYmineheavyroadheader,thepaperdiscussedthetechnicalmeasuresmade.Accordingtothecertaingeologicalconditionsoftheclient,theproposedthealternativesontherationalmatchingoftheworkingparameters,thecut-terimprovementdesigndirection,theselectedtypecuttinghead,thestabilizationandlayoutoftheroadheader,thedevelopmentofthekeyparts,theorientationposition,thefacecrosssectionmonitoringandothers.

Cantileveredboringmachineshavemadeexpressfrom1960sduringthe20thcenturyinChina,withcontinuedresearch,testingandimprovementinrecent50years,theperformanceofmachinehasincreased:

cuttingpowerrangefrom50kWto220kW,fromlighttoheavy-dutymodelsofthemorethan20kindsofproducts,inthecoalminecoalandsemi-mechanizedcoal-rocktunnelboringwidelyusedinChinainrecentyearstomeetthebasictherapiddevelopmentofthecoalindustryneeds.Alongwiththemineworkingfacesizeandthecontinuousimprovementofproduction,themodernizationofalargenumberofmillion-tonmine-building,especiallytheconstructionofnewwellsintherocktoopenuptheroadway,onwhole-rockboringmachinedemandincreaseseveryyear,itstechnicalcapabilitiesandrequirementsforcontinuingraised.

Thedevelopmentofcuttingpowerreaches300kW,themachinetoadapttothequalityofover100troadwaysection30~50

cuttingofrockuniaxialcompressivestrengthreached120

heavyhardrockboringmachine,itisingrowingdemandandrapidadvancementoftechnologyboringmachinemadeunderthepremise.Withthedevelopmentofthepast50yearscomparedtotheboringmachine,itisnotasimplelocalimprovement,norisitasuccessfulmodelofthepast,zoominorout,boringmachinetechnologybutafar-reachingchangesinmanyaspects.Thisisbecausesomeofitskeytechnologieswillbeappliedtootherproductsontheboringmachine,boringmachineandthenbringthewholetechnologyindustry.Thefollowingboringmachineathomeandabroadaccordingtothepresentdevelopmentsandthedevelopmentexperienceofheavyhardrockboringmachineforcuttingthekeytechnologiesarediscussed.

Cuttingcapacityisheavyhardrockboringmachinerestrictedtheuseofthemostimportantfactorinthedevelopmentofheavy-dutyboringmachineattheheartoftheleveloftheirabilityareusuallymeasuredbythreeindicators,namely,toothlosscut-offrate(to/

),whichcuttherateoftoothlossismoredecisiverole.Cuttinginhardrockboringmachine,ifthehardnessofrock,orgrindingteethofastrongleadtotheactuallossratecutmorethan1/

thentheywouldpickasaresultofconsumptionofhighcostandfrequentreplacementofthecutterandmachinevibrationincreasedincreaseinmaintenancecostscomparedwiththedrillingandblastingmethodbecomesuneconomical.Therefore,heavyboringmachine'sabilitytoadapttocuttinghardrockcuttingisessential,forthisbodyofworkneedstochoosetheparameters,thetypeofcuttingheadandcuttingtool,suchasanin-depthstudy.

Cuttingintheprocess,andoneofthemostimportantparameteristhemostbasiccuttingthickness(coalcutterrockcuttingdepth),andtherockcuttingnatureofthecuttingisnotsuitablethicknesswillreducecuttingefficiencyandPickofthewearandtear,resultinginmoredust.Differentcut-offintherockstructure,theformationofdifferentmechanicalproperties.Becauseofthespecificityofcuttinghardrock,hardrockboringmachineduringthedesign,user-specificnatureofthegeologicalconditionsofrockparametersfortheselectionandmatchingofheavyhardrockboringmachineisdesignedtocorrectthepremise.Inthedifferentrocktypes,suchasstrength,abrasion,androcktypes,suchascuttingtestsconductedonthebasisofthecombinationofdedicateddesignsoftwareforcuttingoptimizationofoperatingparametersofthedesign,hard-rockboringmachineiscuttingtoachievehighperformancetheonlyway.

Thelast50years,researchersinordertoimproveCuttingcapacityrocktestsdonealotofresearch,suchasincreasingtheweightofthemachine,thedesignofsolidrack,abigincreaseinpower,suchascutting.Testshowsthattheconstraintsofthemainfactorsdrivinghardrockisstillthepick,asthecut-offperformanceisgoodorbadteeth,thelengthoflifeboringmachineadirectimpactontheeconomy,thuscuttingtheneedforanin-depthstudytool.

Atpresent,theextensiveuseofboringmachinewithcone-shapedalloyheadpick-ho,astheyhavesincethebladeandimpactresistanceandhavebeenaffirmed,inavarietyofboringmachinehasbeenwidelyusedandbecomestandardized.Inaddition,throughtheintroductionofnewweldingtechnology,increasingthediameterofthefirstalloyandimproveabrasionresistance,suchascut-offmethodoftoothroots,pickalargerimprovementinthedurabilityofcutter.Despitetheho-shapedcuttertocarryoutanin-depthresearch,manufacturingprocesshasbeengreatlyimproved,butstillcannoteconomicallystrongerforgrindingofhardrockmining.Thisisbecausewhentheho-shapedcutterwiththerockwhenthecontactarea,andinthehigherstagesofwearandtearbecomebluntandsharpteeth,theposteriorhornofthenegative,theplaneofthewearandtearandextrusionofrockhavealotofrockpowder,worktobelargerthantheenergy,cuttingefficiencyisverylow,ifthepick-shapedcuttertostoprotating,thentheperformanceoftheircuttingtherateofdeteriorationwillbeincreased.

Shouldimprovethedesigntoolstoenablethetransfertotherockthroughthetoolofpowerandenergytoachievemaximumvalue.Recentlydevelopednewtools,theUnitedStatesofGeology,UniversityofColoradoSchoolofMinesResearchInstituteofthediscmachinecuttingtool[3],andminingservicescompanyinAustralia,thedevelopmentoftheeraofchain-shapedcutterheadalloy.Beforetheadoptionofarotarycuttingtoolforcuttinghardrock,duetolargesizetoolsandboringmachinecuttingheadsizeislimitedtouse;thelatterhasacuttingtoolthantheenergystability,theextentoftoolusehasbeenasharpremainunchanged,lessdust,vibrationsmalldegreeblockischaracterizedbythemorehardrockboringmachineidealchoice,andtheuseofbroadprospects.

Thedesignofcuttingheadusuallymeetthefollowingrequirements:

2jobstabilityandthewholearrangement

Evaluationofthestabilityofboringmachineisanimportantindicatorofperformance,cuttingadirectimpactontheperformanceandreliabilityofmachines.Affectthestabilityoftheboringmachinebymanyfactors,suchasthecuttingheadoftheload,thebalanceofmachinelayout,groundingarea,bodyheight,cantileverrack,andothermajorcomponentsoftheweightandstiffness,cuttingheadtypeandsoon.
