进入医院或者诊所的护理mm们，工作自我评价是不是挺难写的呀，那就参考下这些范文吧。

一、认真落实各项规章制度

严格执行规章制度是增高护理质量，确保医疗的安全。

1.遵守各级护理人员职责，明确了各类岗位责任制和护理工作制度，如责任护士、巡回护士各尽其职，杜绝了病人自换吊瓶，自拔针的不良现象。

2.认真落实骨科护理常规及显微外科护理常规，坚持填写了各种信息数据登记本，配备五种操作处置盘。

二、坚持了查对制度

（1）要求医嘱班班查对，每周护士长参加总核对1-2次，并有记录；

（2）护理操作时要求三查七对；

（3）坚持填写输液卡，从未发生大的护理差错。

加强质量控制，严格落实制度，认真检查。

护理部每周一次不定期检查、同质检科密切配合，每月一次护理工作全面检查，并及时反馈信息，

每周一次科室工作质量检查并记录。

四、较出色的完成护理工作

1、坚持了以病人为中心，以质量为核心，为病人提供优质服务的宗旨，深入开展了以病人为中心的健康教育。

2、在三病区开展整体护理模式病房，除了向病人讲授疾病的防治及康复知识外，还深入病房与病人谈心。

3、陪病人办入院手续，送病人到手术室，三个病区固定了责任护士、巡回护士，使病员得到了周到的服务。

在这短暂的11年上一阶段中，在岁月的长河里它渐行渐远，新的一年一种崭新的姿态出现在我们面前，新病房大楼正在规划实施中.

面对新的阶段我充满了信心。

在肯定成绩的同时，我也清醒地看到存在的不足，在意识上还应该大胆创新，持之以恒。

我是一个平凡的女孩，但不甘于平庸，我乐观，自信，上进心强，爱好广泛，能够很好的处理人际关系，有协调沟通方面的特长，并且有很强的责任感与使命感，现在，面对新的人生选择和挑战，我信心十足。
