Allpersonsinvolvedintheinstallation,set-up,operation,maintenanceand/orrepairofthismachinemustthoroughlyreadandfullyunderstandthisinstructionmanual.
所有参与安装、搭建、运行、保养或维修这台机器的人必须仔细阅读并充分理解这本说明手册。
1.0Preface前言
Ifyoushouldhaveanyquestions,pleasecontactOPTIMA.Themanualistobestoredinaplaceneartothemachineandmustbeeasilyaccessiblefortheoperator.
如果有任何问题，请与OPTIMA联系。
这本手册应该放置在机器旁边以便于操作人员随时查阅。
PleaseoperateyouOPTIMAmachineinaccordancewiththeinstructionsgiveninthismanual.
请按照手册中所说的操作你的OPTIMA机器。
1.1Legend图标

1.2Safety安全
Generalinformation大概信息
Themachinecanbecomedangerous：
在以下情况时，这台机器是危险的：
-ifoperatedimproperlybyoperatingpersonnelnottrainedandinstructedthoroughly.
-由完全未经过培训和指导的操作人员不正常地操作时
-iftheinstructionsgiveninthisoperationandmaintenancemanualarenotstrictlyobserved.
-由本手册给出的关于操作和保护的指导未被严格执行时

操作此机器的公司一定要采取足够的安全措施，以避免OPTIMA与其他设备连接在一起使用时发生的危险。
OnlyuseproductsasagreeduponwithOPTIMA.Noliabilitywillbeacceptedfordamagearisingfromimproperuseandnonobservanceoftheinstructionsgiveninthismanual.Theresponsibilitymustbeassumedbytheuser.
只能使用与OPTIMA兼容的产品。
由不当使用和不遵守指导手册带来的损失厂家不负任何责任，责任应由使用者承担。

Operation操作
Themachinesmustonlybeoperatedbypersons
只有以下人员可以操作机器：
-whohavebeenproperlytrainedandinstructedintheiruse
-在使用前被正规培训或指导过的人
-whowillperformtheirdutyinareliablemanner
-可以以一种可靠的方式履行其责任的人
Maintenance保养
Donotperformanyworkonthemachinewhileitisinoperation.Operatethemachineormachinepartsinthemanualmode
当机器在运转时，不得进行任何工作。
依照手册上的模式操作机器或者机器的部件：
-whensettingupthemachine
-搭建机器时
-whenmaintainingthemachine
-保养机器时
-wheneliminatingfaults
-排除错误时
Whenperformingworkonthemachine，switchoffthemainswitch.Locktheswitchtoensurethatthemachineisnotaccidentallyswitchedonagain.
在机器上进行工作时应关掉电闸。
为避免机器意外被启动，应锁住电闸。
Thecompanyoperatingthemachineisresponsibleforprovidinganefficient
safetyprogrammefortheOPTIMAmachine.Themachinemustbeoperated
appropriatetoitsintendeduse.
操作机器的公司应负责对OPTIMA机器制定有效的安全项目。
机器必须合理使用。
Safetyandprotectiondevicesmustnotbechangedorrenderedineffective.
不可随意更改或添加安全和保护设施。
Checkthesafetydevicesonthemachine
检查机器上的安全设施：
-atleastonceaweek
-一礼拜至少一次
-afterrebuildingamachine
-在重新搭建机器之后
-aftermajormaintenanceandrepairwork
-在大型的保养和修理工作之后
-afterreplacingorrepairingsafetydevices.
-在更换或修理过安全设施之后。
Cleaning清洁
Neverperformcleaningworkonmovingmachineparts.
千万不可在转动的机器部件上进行清洁工作。
Providecleaninginstructionsforthemachinethatmeetthelocalrequirementsandmakesurethattheseinstructionsarestrictlyobserved.
对机器给出符合本身要求的清洁指导程序并确保这些程序被严格执行。
Donotspraythemachinewithwateroranyotherliquid.Thismaycausedamagetoelectroniccomponents.
不可将水或其他液体喷射到机器上，这会对其电器配件造成损伤。
Liability责任
YouarenotallowedtomakeanychangesonthemachinewithoutthepermissionofOPTIMA.Thisincludes:
未经OPTIMA许可不得对机器作任何改动。
这包括：
-rebuildingmachines,mountinganddismountingpartssuppliedbyothermanufacturers
-重建机器，装上或卸下由其他供应商提供的部件
-renderingineffectiveorremovinganysafetydevices.

Anyunauthorizedmodificationmadeonthemachinewillinvalidatethemanufacturer'sliability.
任何XX对机器作的改动均与该机器的供应商无关。
Failuretoobservethesafetyregulationsmay:
不遵守安全规范将导致以下结果：
-causedangertothelifeoftheuserortoathirdparty
-对于使用者或不相干的第三者造成生命威胁
-causedamagetothemachineorotherequipment
-对机器或其它部件造成损坏
-impairthemachine'sefficiency.
-降低机器的效率
1.3Installationandconnection安装和连接
Cleangreasedparts.
将油污的部件擦干净。
Transportmachinetoitsfinalpositionandinstallit.
将机器移至最终安装地再进行安装。
Whenliftingthemachinewithaforklifttruckmakesurethattheweightof
themachineiscentrallydistributed.Dangeroftilting.
在用叉车举起机器时，确保机器的重量是由中心平均分布的。
谨防倾斜造成的危险。
Donotconnectthemachinetightlywiththeproductinfeeddeviceandthepackagingmachine.
不要将机器与喂粉装置和包装机之间的连接装的太紧。
Alignthemachinehorizontally（useaspiritlevel）.
将机器竖直定位（运用水平仪）。
Settheworkingheightofthemachine（alignwiththepackagingmachine）.
Removethetransportprotectiondevices
（plasticscrews）ontheloadcell.Notoolsarerequired.
将传感器上的运输保护材料（塑料螺旋）移除，此时不需要工具。
Installtheweighinghoppercarefully.
仔细安装称斗。
为机器设定工作高度（与包装机对齐）。
Beextremelycarefulwheninstallingtheweighinghopper.
Positiontheweighinghoppercarefullytoavoiddamagingtheloadcell.
在安装称斗时，应特别小心。
小心放置称斗，避免损伤传感器。
Makesurethattheplug-incardsandplug-inconnectionareproperlyinstalled.
确保插入卡和插入连接正确安装。
Connectpowersupply.
连接电源。
Connectairsupply.
Thepowersupplyandairsupplymustbeconnectedbyskilledpersonnelonly.
保证空气供给。
电源与空气供给必须由熟练的人员进行连接。
Priortoinitialoperationtheweighermustbecalibrated.
在进行最初的操作之前，称必须被校准。
Inordertoobtainahighaccuracyandproductivitymakesurethataproperproductfeedisprovided,i.e.productisisfree-flowingandfreeoflumps.
为了确保高精确度及高产量，应确保提供合适的原材料给设备，例如：
原材料应该是自由流动且不含结块的。
