摘要

玻璃清洗机是玻璃生产中必不可少的设备，清洗大面积曲面玻璃是目前玻璃

清洗技术的难题。

本文所述的研究工作，是对清洗大面积曲面玻璃的清洗机电气

控制系统进行设计。

目的在于通过电气控制系统设计，实现大面积曲面玻璃自动

或手动完成清洗、吹干、旋转等工作过程的自动控制，并能通过人机界面动态显

示现场数据，实现操作人员对设备的控制。

本文的主要工作包括以下几方面:

首先，介绍玻璃清洗机的组成和结构，分析清洗机的工作过程，从而制定各工

作过程的控制要求。

其次，根据上述控制要求，设计清洗机电气控制系统总体方案。

包括电气控

制系统原理图设计、驱动系统和检测系统设计、PLC与人机界面的连接、交流调

速系统的设计等。

再次，进行了电气控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计。

硬件设计主要包括主要

电气元件的计算和选型、变频器的选型和参数设计、软启动器的选型、PLC的选

型、触摸屏的选型等。

软件设计主要包括PLC的程序结构设计和触摸屏软件设计。

最后，进行了电气系统的安装和调试。

通过电气控制系统的调试和运行，验

证了本文所设计的电气控制系统能满足清洗机的工作要求。

本文采用PLC完成数据采集和生产工艺过程的控制，采用触摸屏实现监控，

达到了让玻璃清洗机按照生产工艺要求清洗大曲面玻璃的目的，提高了玻璃清洗

质量和生产效率，降低了能耗。

实际运行表明，所设计的系统具有自动化程度高、

可靠性高和人机交互友好等特点。

Abstract

Theglassescleaningmachineisnecessaryequipmentinglassesproduction.

Washinglarge一areaglasseswithcurvedfaceisoneoftheunresolvedproblemsinthe

currentglasses一cleaningtechnologies.Thisresearchworkisthedesignonelectrical

controlsystemoftheglassescleaningmachinewhichwasheslarge一areaglasseswith

curvedface.Thepurposeofthedesignistorealizetheautomaticandmanualprocess

controlsofcleaning,blow一dryingandrotating,displaymeasureddatareal-timelyand

controltheequipmentbymeansofHMI（HumanMachineInterface）.Themain

researchworksofthispaperareasfollows:

First,thecomponentsandconfigurationoftheglassescleaningmachinewere

introduced.Theworkprocessesofthemachinewereanalyzed.Thecontrol

requirementsforthoseprocessesweredecided.

Secondly,thegeneralprojectofelectricalcontrolsystemofthemachinewas

designedaccordingtotherequirementsmentionedabove.Itincludethedesignof

electricalprinciplescheme,thedesignofdrivingandmeasuringsystems,connections

betweenPLCandHMI,andthedesignofACtimingsystemetc.

Thirdly,thehardwareandsoftwareoftheelectricalcontrolsystemwere

designed.Thehardwaredesignmainlyincludethecalculationandselectionof

electricalcomponents,theselectionandparameterdesignoffrequencychanger,andtheselectionofsoft一starter,PLCandtouchscreen.Thesoftwaredesignsinclude

designofPLCprogram,touchscreensoftware.

Finally,theelectricalcontrolsystemwereinstalledandtested.Theexperiments

andrunningverifiedthattherequirementsoftheglasseswashingmachinecanbe

satisfied.

Inthispaper,PLCwasadoptedtocollectmeasureddata,andtocontrolthe

productionprocess,andthetouchscreenwasusedtomonitorandcontrol.The

purposethattheglassescleaningmachinewasheslarge一areaglasseswithacurved

faceaccordingtotherequirementsofproductiontechnologywasachieved.The
