MechanicalTechnologyintherubberindustryoutlinedintheapplication

Inthedevelopmentofhumansocietyinthemodemprocess.RubberIndustriesisanindispensableEconomy,TradeandIndustry.Intherubberindustryinthedevelopmentofrubbertechnologyandrubbermachinery(orelectromechanical)totheprogressanddevelopmentoftechnologyplayedanimportantroleinpromotingthis丁hedevelopmentofrobberindustryrubberandrubbermachineryindustrytechnologyconstitutesatechnicalrubberproductsallthetechnicalprocessandindustrialtechnologysystem.Madein1820bytheBritishhuman-drivensingle-rollerrubbermixingmachine.1826twin-rollDrumopenrubbermixingmachineintoproductionbeginningofthehumanrubbermachineryproductionprelude.Sofar,humansocietyhasbeentheapplicationofrubbermachinery180yearsofhistory.

1839since.Aseriesofrubbermachineryandequipmentwillcomeout,inadditiontotheapplicationofvulcanizedrubbervulcanizationfacilities,andotherrubbermachinery,suchasplungerhoseextrusionmachine(1858),screwextruder(1879),rubbercalenderingMachine(1843一1900),Closedrubbermixingmachine(1916).Rubbermachineryandequipment.Atthattime,hasspenttherubberindustryproductionprocess,thepromotionofthedevelopmentofrubberindustryhasplayedafacilitatingrole.

Isahighlyflexiblerubbertypicalmaterials,itsphysicalpropertiesareverycomplicated.Mostoftheprocessingofrubbermoldingprocessaresimilartothemeltflowanddeformationprocess,butalsointheprocessingofrubberproducts,theHealthandplastictogothroughplasticnecklace,mixing,pressure-type,shape,curingprocessprocedures,inordertobecomeproducts.Inthemodemchemicalproducts,suchasrubber,plastics,paints,fibers,lubricants,ceramics,andothersimilarmaterialproductionandengineeringapplications,thecomplexityofitsmechanicalpropertiesPurelybasedontheelasticity,viscosityorplasticitytheorytheorycannotmeetthesematerialsprocessingrequirementsofthedeformationprocess.Sobasedonthenatureofthecomplexmechanicsoftheresearchtopic一theologicaltheorywillbereferredtothenewhumanresearchsubjectsontheagenda.1928,theUnitedStatessetupthe"EvolutionSociety",1940,theBritishsetupthetheologicalClub(laterrenamedtheInstituteofEvolution).Inaddition,theNetherlands,WestGermany,France,JapanandothercountrieshavealsosetupacorrespondingflowInstitute.1948conveningoftheInternationalSocietyofRheology.In1953theestablishmentoftheInternationalAssociationoftheology.Sincethenoneinvolvingappliedmathematics,physics,elasticity,thematerialmechanics,fluidmechanics,geology,engineeringandothersubjectsonthevergeofdisciplines一haveemergedtheology,andgraduallyhasbeenextensivelyapplied.Rheologicalnotonlyintherubber,plastics,coatings,printing,Portland,foodstuffs,andotherindustrialproductionhasbeenextensivelyapplied,butalsotoinfrastructure,machinery,transport,irrigation,chemicalindustryandmanyotherindustrialsectors:

involvesmanysubstancesfromsolidtoliquidprocesses.Rheologyintherubberindustry.Widelyusedintheprocessingofrubbermoldingproductsresearchandapplication.Suchasrubbermixing,rolling,extrusion,injectionmoldingandotherprocesses.Becauseofitsmacromolecularpolymerchainstructureandmovementcharacteristicsofthephysicalstategatheredonshowingafourkindsofphysicalstate:

acrystallineandnon-crystalline3(glassstate,high-elasticstate,viscousflowstate).Rubberinnormalcircumstancesistheuseofhigh-elasticstate.Inthecourseofprocessingmoldingviscousflowstate,inthevulcanizedonlybasictreatmentbeforelosingmobility,andahighflexibilitybasedelastomermaterial.

Becauseofthelate19thcenturyandearly20thcentury,thetheoryofrubberexplorationandtheprinciplesoftheinvention.Especiallyrheologyandapplicationofthetheoreticalstudyofthedevelopmentofrubberindustrymakes,whetherinthefiller,vulcanizationaccelerator,ormtheprocessprincipleaspectshaveundergoneprofoundchanges.Onthedevelopmentoftherubberindustryinaqualitativechange.Atthesametime,allkindsofrubbermachineryalsomadegreatprogressanddevelopment.Atthattime,notonlythenamesmanyrubbermachinery,anditsstructure,specifications,varieties,andsohadbeenreachedacertainlevelofthescale,fine,andthedegreeofautomationandlinkage.Ifrubbermechanicaltransmissionpowertohundredsofthousandsofkilowattsstemwatts,weightmachinestoafevhundredtons.Rubberproductsintheprocessofproductionplasticnecklace,mixing,rolling,extrusion,molding,intheprocessofcuringsixhaveacompletematchingofmechanicaldevices.
