赤岗小学数学科组工作计划

（2012---2013学年度第一学期）

一、指导思想

认真贯彻执行国家基础教育工作会议精神，以基础教育课程改革为契机，更新教育教学观念，全面推进素质教育。

立足课堂教学，积极开展教学研究活动，不断提高课堂教学效率，以培养学生的创新意识和实践能力为重点，深化课堂教学改革，大面积提高教育质量。

二、工作目标

1、倡导教师读教育杂志，并开展有效的学习交流活动，把读书与教学实践结合，注重积累与反思，在实践中学习，在反思中提高。

2、把集体备课、听课、评课教研活动工作落到实处，使每位数学教师都有不同层次的提高。

3、加强青年教师的培训,建设科组强大的后备力量。

4、开展丰富多彩的数学竞赛活动，促进学生素质的全面提高。

三、工作重点

（一）加强理论学习，更新观念，提高素质。

1、加强理论学习，适应课程改革需求，根据课程改革对数学学科的要求，强化学习时间。

本学期将重点组织数学教师学习《数学课程标准》、观看教学观摩课录相，学习理论专著和报刊杂志上的经验文章，不断更新教育教学理念，以适应课程改革的需求，指导教学实践。

2、组织教师积极研究新教材，优化课程实施。

通过比较、研究新老教材的变化，正确处理继承与创新的关系。

要让全体教师以新的教学理念来指导教学，积极开展教研活动，探索体现新课程理念的教法和学法。

（二）苦练内功，提高教师队伍素质。

1、加强集体备课、听课、评课的教研活动，做到定时、定人、定内容。

2、每学年每位老师精心策划一节公开课，要求全科组教师参与评价。

3、加强同组之间的相互听课，要求每位教师每学期听课不少于5节，坦然交流，取长补短，共同提高。

4、在科组内开展“教学心得”交流活动，把教师们中的一些“新、特、优”的做法推广至全科组。

5、提倡写教学随笔，在反思中吸收有益的养料，从而更好地为教育、教学服务。

6、为提高数学教师的业务素质，充分发挥名师的专业引领作用，采取“以老带新，以新促老”的方法，作好传帮带教的工作，采取走出去、请进来的方式和外出参观学习的形式，开阔视野，找出差距，不断提高教师自身素质。

7、为了使教学工作实实在在的收到效果，本学期的一项主要工作是加强常规教学工作的检查。

主要检查教师是否认真做好备课、作业的布置是否恰当、批改是否认真、及时，

每个单元是否做好单元过关测试工作并能做好单元测验情况分析。

（三）做好学校的常规管理，扎实各项工作。

课堂教学是落实教学改革的主渠道、主阵地，扎实而有效的课堂教学，不仅为教师们才能的施展提供了一个自我挑战的舞台，更是培养、提高学生综合素质的学习实践基地。

每位教师要认真地备好、上好每一堂课，向40分钟要质量。

深入、扎实开展课题研究和数学校本研究，要把课题研究与课堂教学有机的整合起来;以课题促课堂教学，立足学校本身特色抓教学，努力提高课堂教学的效率。

使学生们能“人人学有价值的数学，人人都能获得必需的数学;不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展”。

不断总结反思，坚持每月至少写好,,,篇教学随笔，每学期撰写一篇优秀教学案例和教学论文，全面推进基础教育课程改革。

教师要认真执行学校常规检查的要求，精心设计作业，开创作业特色，追求学生作业的规范整洁、科学实效。

教师要及时、认真地批改学生作业，监督学生及时订正作业，对学困生、潜能生要及时辅导，及时补缺补漏;作业及时评讲。

评选优秀作业;合理地评价学习，做到培优辅困，使每个学生得到不同程度的发展，注意激励学生学习的积极性。

（四）提高课堂效率，向课堂教学要质量。

备好课是上好课的先决条件，教师在走入课堂前编备好课是上好课的先决条件，备课不充分将直接影响课堂的教学质量。

因此在课堂教学中要求做到:

1、发挥五个作用:

教师主导作用、学生的主体作用、教材的示

范作用、学生间的相互作用、多媒体的辅助作用。

2、做到六个尽量:

尽量让学生观察、思考、发现问题、质疑、让学生表达、让学生动手、淡化趋同性、强化求导性，培养创造能力。

灵活运用教学方法，让学生经历获取知识的全过程，在教学中采用探究性教学，面向全体，因材施教。

为了使以上工作落到实处，本学期，科组将每两个星期开展一次全科组老师的集体备课活动，要求每次活动全科组教师必须参加，携带教本、教学用书、教案等工具，以同组设立教研小组。

每次活动将研究两个星期内教学内容的重难点和教学手段、教学方法，每次活动做好研究记录。

（五）积极开展竞赛活动，促进学生素质的全面提高。

学习数学的最终目的是用数学，学生感受一切数学来源于生活，生活当中离不开数学，感受数学在生活中的应用价值，增强数学的应用意识。

本学期数学科组采用切实可行的措施开展多样化的数学竞赛:

低年级开展口算竞赛，中年级开展计算竞赛，高年级开展应用题竞赛。

为了促进我校学生素质的全面提高，针对不同年级学生的年龄特点开展不同的竞赛，如:

一、二年级开展“数学讲故事”比赛，三、四年级“美丽的数学图案设计比赛”，五、六年级开展“数学手抄报”比赛，让学生体会数学的魅力，体会数学在生活中应用数学的广泛性和可行性，增强学生应用数学的意识，从而使学生爱数学、乐于学数学。

此外，每个年级将针对难过关的知识开展单项知识竞赛。
