Y系列三相异步电动机（H80~355
1概述
Y电动机为全封闭自扇冷鼠笼式三相异步电动机。
本系列电动机具有体积小,重量轻、运行可靠、结构坚固,外形美观等观点,而且效率高,起动转矩大,噪声低、寿命长、经久耐用。
本系列为一般用途的电动机,可以驱动无特殊要求的各种机械设备。
本系列电动机的功率等出口机械设备的配套和引进设备的备品备件,如有特殊要求,请订货时洽谈。
1GeneralDescriptions
SeriesYThreePhaseInductionMotorsaredesignedandmanufacturesintototallyenclosedself-fan-cooledmotorswithsquirrelcagerotors.Thisseriesmotorshavemanyremarkablefeaturessuchascompactconstruction,lightweight,reliableoperation,solidconstructionandfinelookingaswellashighefficiency,highstartingtorque,lownoiseandlongservicelife,etc.
SeriesYmotorsforgeneral-purposeusescanbeusedtodriveallkindsofmachinesandequipment,whichhavenospecialrequirements.Forthisseriesmotors,theoutputratingsandmountingdimensionsconformtothespecificationsofIECPublicationsandthecorrelationbetweenthemagreeswithDIN42673ofGermany.Themotorsareeasytocompleteintheexportmachineryandequipmentandsupplyasspareaccessoriesintheimportequipment.Specialrequirmentsshouldbestatedwhenordering.
2结构简介2.1定子
定子铁心采用经氧化处理的优质电工硅钢片,电磁线及绝缘采用聚酯亚胺漆包线及优质复合绝缘等。
有绕组的定子铁芯经真空高压浸渍,使之成为一个完整的整体,并按照JBZ294和GB2423.4进行试验,具有优良的电气,机械,防潮及热稳定性。
电动机的绝缘等级为F级,温升裕度大,寿命长。
2.2转子
转子铁芯也采用经氧化处理的优质电工硅钢片制成,经铸铝后用热套法固定有转轴上,并经动平衡校验,电动机运行平稳,振动小。

轴采用45#钢制成,电动机只有一个轴伸,如用户需要时,可提供双轴伸电动机。
2.3接线盒
接线盒位于机座正上方,（H80—180及H355或位于机座右方（H200—315（从轴伸端视之,用户有特殊要求时,可在订货时说明。
接线盒内设有接线板或安装板,接线板上有六个接线端子,适用于电动机直接起动或Y-△起动,接线盒内设有接地螺栓,确保安全,接线盒内侧设有接线图,供接线时参考。
2.4轴承及轴承室
产品设计时选用低噪声电机专用轴承,机座号H80—132采用双面密封球轴承,轴伸端轴承室内装有波形弹簧片,以适度的弹力压靠轴承,H160—355电动机轴承结构为内、外盖式,且非轴伸端用挡圈定位,有效地防止了电动机转子的轴向串动,机座号315—355具有不停机注、排没装置,以确保轴承良好的润滑。
2.5风扇,端罩
全系列风扇与轴采用键配合,运转可靠。
端罩为薄钢板结构,在防止一定大小的外物侵入的前提下得到最大的通风面积,从而使风路顺畅,外形美观。
钢性好,防护等级为IP20。
2Construction2.1Stators
Thestatorcoresarelaminatedfromtheoxygenatedhigh-qualitymagneticsheetsteel.Themagneticwireadoptspolyamideenamelwireandtheinsulationthepremiumdiscontinuousinsulation.Thecompletelywoundstatorcoresarevacuum-pressureimpreg-natedtoasolidintegral.ThentheyaretestedaccordingtoJB/Z294andGB2423.4.Thisprocessenablesthewindingstopossessexcellentelectricalandmechanicalproperties,highmoisture-resistantabilityandthermalstability.
TheinsulationisClassF,butthetemperatureriselimitisspecifiedasthatofClassB.Thusmakesthemotorsbeofalargemarginofsafetyintemperature-riseandlongservicelife.2.2Rotors
Fromtheoxygenatedhigh-qualitymagneticsheetsteelarelaminatedtherotorcoreswhicharecastaluminumandfixedontheshaftbymeansofhotfit.Theyarewellcalibratedwitydynamicbalancetomakemotorsoperatesmoothlywithlittlevibration.
Theshaftsaremadeof45#steel.Themotorsaremanufacturedwithonlyoneshaftextensionend.Ifcustomersrequirethemotorswithdoubleshaftextensionends,pleasespecifythemwhenordering.2.3TerminalBoxes
Theterminalboxesareonthejustrighttopofthemotors（framesizeH80~180andH355orontherightsideofmotors（framesizeH200~315seeingfromthedrivingend.Specialrequirementsshouldbestatedwhenordering.Aterminalboardorfixingboardisequippedintheterminalboxes.Therearesixterminalsintheterminalboxes,suitableformotorsdirect-on-linestartingorY-△ starting. Anearthing bolt is equipped in each terminal box to ensure safety. There is a connection diagram inside the terminal boxes for reference.

2.4 Bearings and Bearing Chambers
The motors are fitted with low noise bearings special for motors. For frame sizeH80~312motors,bilaterallyshieldedballbearingsareadoptedandacorrugatedspringwasherwithinthebearingchambersatthedrivingendwhichispressedonthebearingswithsuitableelasticity.ButforframesizeH160~355motors,thebearingswithinnerandoutercoversareusedandaretainingringisfittedatthenon-drivingendtopreventefficientlyrotorsmovingaxially.ForframesizeH315~355motors,oneachbearingbracketthereisagreasingattachmenthavingtheusetodrainandreplenishthelubricatinggreasewithoutstoppingthemotorstoensurethebearingsingoodlubricatingcondition.2.5FansandCowls
Thefansofwholeseriesmotorsarekeyedontotheshaftstoensurereliableoperation.
Thecowlsaremadeoffabricatedsteel.Onaprerequisitethatitshouldpreventfromtheingressofsolidsubstancesofcertainsize,theyenablethemotorstogetmaximumareaofventilationinordertoformadequateaircurrent.Thecowlsareoffinelookingandgoodsteelstrength.ThedegreeofprotectionisIP20.3技术数据3.1使用条件
海拨不超过100m;环境温度随季节而变化,但不超过40℃;环境空气最低温度为-15℃;最湿月月平均最高相对湿度为90%,同时该月月郇低温度不高于25℃。
3.2电压和频率
额定电压220V,380V,400V,415V,660V,220/380V,380660V,660/1140V,频率为50Hz,其它电压和频率请在订货时说明。
注:
对频率、电压及使用环境温度等有特殊要求时,请订货时提出。
3.3电动机的防护等级为IP44,也可根据用户要求制成IP54、IP55。
3.4电动机的冷却方式为IC411.3.5工作方式为SI（连续,允许满压起动。

4安装结构型式及外形尺寸
4.1本系列电动机有三种基本安装结构型式
B3型:
机座带底脚,端盖无凸缘B35型:
机座带底脚,端盖有凸缘B5型:
机座不带底脚,端盖有凸缘
本系列电动机在上述三种基本结构上,可派生出如表2的共12种结构型式。
