高考英语简答题做题技巧
高考英语简答题
简答题主要是考查学生语言组织能力和表达能力,它要求学生用简短的词组或句子回答提问或补充完整句子。
因此,简答题虽说表面上量大而且要求宽,但其实质却是降低了考试难度。
考生对这种新题型不必担忧。
简答题较难的另一个原因是在这个部分中几乎没有猜题的技巧可言,所以平时复习时不要抱有幻想,而是要从根本上提高自己的阅读能力。
由于简答题的考查点与阅读理解有很大的相似性,平时提高做简答题能力的方法是:
在做阅读理解题时,先不看选项,试一试用自己的话回答。
一、简答题的评分原则及标准
一)简答题要求学生在读懂文章的基础上,用正确简洁的语言回答问题。
在评分时同时考虑内容和语言。
每题满分为2分,最低分为0分。
二)给分标准
2分—答出全部内容,语言正确;
1分—答出部分内容,语言正确;
0分—没有答对问题。
二.高考英语简答题解题技巧
1.准确定位细节信息,紧扣题目要求对信息进行提炼和归纳,做好细节题。
首先,考生应运用常用的阅读方法快速在文章中找到答案出处。
其次,根据题目要求对细节信息进行处理和转换,从而归纳出细节题的答案。
要注意:
1)既要用简短的语言,又不能照搬原文。
2)提问方式和答案一定要协调,不能答非所问。
如:
就目的提问,就应使用表示目的的for短语或不定式短语作答;提问词是what,多用名词或名词性短语、名词性从句来回答;提问词是how, 多用by doing sth./ by means of sth.的形式来回答;如果就事件提问,答案多用简短而完整的简单句。
2.紧扣文章主旨句,解答主旨大意题。
文章的主旨句大多出现在三个位置:
文章首句,一段末二段首转折后信息,文章末句。
考生应根据主旨句重新归纳、组织、概括(有的只需稍作归纳或略改写主题句即可)。
主旨题的答题形式有两种:
简单句式和词组式(多为名词词组或动词词组)。
3.根据文章信息,进行合理的推理和判断。
逻辑推理题是考查考生根据已知信息进行合理推断的逻辑思维能力。
做好此类题的技巧是:
1)吃透文章的字面意思,从字里行间捕捉有用的提示和线索。
2)对文字的表面信息进行分析、判断、深层处理,再进行逻辑推理。
3)推理要以文章提供的事实和线索为依据,要忠实于原文,切忌主观臆想,凭空想象,随意揣测。
三、解题步骤
1.浏览试题,划出试题关键词。
通过读题,划出题目所需信息的关键词,既可预测文章内容,又便于在阅读文章时有的放矢查读有效信息,节省阅读时间。
2.速读文章,根据试题关键词定位答题信息。
在浏览试题,预测文章内容的基础上速读文章,其主要目的是为了找到答题所需信息,而所需信息肯定与试题关键词有关,故可采用“skim”阅读法,即:
紧扣关键词,浏览全文,找出信息句,阅读时,与关键词无关的句子或段落要速读,而与关键词相关处要细读,因为试题关键词处不仅仅是答题的关键之处,也是揭示全文主题所在。
3.推敲理解信息句,遣词组句回答问题。
做好阅读简答题此步骤是关键。
因为受词数限制不能全部用原信息作答,而要深层次地推敲理解信息句,提炼概括出有针对性的语句作答。
其主要方法有三:
一是采用转换词性、采用代词、单词代短语、语句转换、提炼主要信息舍弃次要信息等方法精简语句;二是用概括性的语句归纳信息句;三是采用文章上下文中的有关提示语或信息句的关键词作答,即:
尽量用短文中出现的词组或短语,句子的用词也应以短文中出现的关键词为先。
若非要用自己的语言组织、表达不可时,则要注意句子结构的精炼、完整和时态的正确。
四、针对题型特点采取相应措施
1.词汇语义题
这类题的目的在于考查考生转述(paraphrase)或解释(explain)某个词或语句在特定场合下的特定含义的能力。
该类题要求考生不仅要读懂原文,而且要表达出来。
词汇语义题出题方式为:
1)Findinthepassageawordclosestinmeaningtotheunderlinedword...
2)Theword“...”inline...refersto...
3)Theexpression“...”inParagraph...isclosestinmeaningto...
解这类题时,可注意找出原词在文章中的同义代换词。
如果没有,还应注意破折号、同位语从句、定语从句、插入句等具有解释、说明作用的语言成分。

答题时,尽量用词或短语代替句子,尽量用简单句代替复合句等。
另外,考生可采用一些小技巧进行形式上的浓缩,比如,可利用缩写,将theirbasicunitsoftheprice改写为theirbasicpriceunits;把两个词合成一个复合词,比如:
afive-year-oldboy,而避免使用aboyoffiveyearsold。
当然解决问题的关键是使自己的语言有概括性,对同类现象找出共性,进行概括。

这类题要求考生用最简洁而又内涵丰富的词或短语高度概括文章的中心思想。
应先找到主题句,通过对主题句进行“手术”,也许就能找到最佳答案。
而主题句通常都在段首或段末,有时是疑问句或简单句,且具有语法上的独立性。
关键词有“inshort”、“inmyopinion”、“thatis”、“therefore”、“infact”等。
回答这类题的关键是要抓住文章的主旨句。
但考生应注意不可照抄原句,而需要重新归纳、组织、概括(词数一般都有限制)。

4.推断类试题
这类题与阅读理解题中的推断题一样,简答题的答案在原文中是不能找到的,它要求考生进行合理的推断。
当然这种推断并不是毫无目的的。
文章中的某些词及作者的写作手法都可能成为你做出推论的依据。
