Usingminimuminvestmenttogetmaximumproductionistomeettherequirementofsustainabledevelopmentofagriculture,andtheprecisionagricultureprovidesagoodwayforsustainableagriculture.Thecoreofprecisionagricultureisvariablemanagement,thusgettingthecropgrowthconditionwithnon-destructivetechnologyisveryimportant.Inrecentyears,asthescaleofgreenhouseproductiongetslargerandlarger,efficientmanagementforgreenhouseproductionisbecomingmoreandmorenecessary.Basedontheabovebackground,thispapershowsanewmethodandtechnologytodetectthecropgrowthconditionsingreenhousefast,whichisfundamentallyresearchforefficiencymanagementofgreenhouseproduction.
Themaincontentofthispaperisasfollowing:
1.Thispaperexploresthefeasibilityusingthespectralreflectanceofcucumberleavesingreenhousetoestimateitschlorophyllcontent,nitrogencontent,phosphoruscontent,andwatercontent.Correlationrelationshipbetweenthereflectanceofcucumberleavesandthenutritioncontentsuchasnitrogenisstudied;moreoverthesensitivewavebandsandthebestwavelengtharediscussed.
Inordertoquantitativelyestimatenitrogenandchlorophyllcontentofcucumberleavesusingthespectralreflectanceingreenhouse,severalmodelmethodsareusedsuchassinglelinearregression,multi-linearregression,partialleastsquareregressionandtheprincipalcomponentregression;anewindexcallednormalizeddifferencecolorindexderivedfromnormalizeddifferencevegetationindexisusedtoestimatethechlorophyllandnitrogencontentofleaves,andtheresultsshowthatthenewindexisusefulandcanbeusedasthebasisfordevelopmentoftheinstrumenttodetectgrowthconditioningreenhouse.Thispaperalsoshowsthefeasibilityusingreflectancetoestimatethephosphorusandwatercontentofcucumberleavesingreenhouse.ItisconcludedthattheArtificialneuralnetworkandsupportvectormachinemethodarebetterforprediction.Furthertestshowsthatthetwomethodsalsocanbeusedtodetectcucumbergrowthconditionsusingitscanopyreflectance.
2.Studiedthecorrelationrelationshipbetweenthereflectanceofleavesanditschlorophyllandnitrogencontentoftomatoesingreenhouse,thesensitivewavebandsandbestwavebandsfordetectingchlorophyllandnitrogencontentarefound.Singlelinearregression,multi-linearregression,partialleastsquareregressionandprincipalcomponentregressionareusedinmodeling,andthesinglelinearregressionbasedonNDCIgetsbetterresultsandbeusedasthebasisforinstrumentdevelopment.
3.Basedontheaboveresults,thefirstinstrumentfordetectingcropgrowthconditionsingreenhouseisdevelopedusing89C52.Theinstrumentuseslightfiberforlightcollection,interferencefilterforonlygettingthelightatthewavelengthsdemanded,usingphotocellasthephototransistor,andthedesignedhouseforlightmeasurementensuresthatitcanwellremovetheexotericnoise.Designoftheamplifycircuitensureshighsignalnoiseration,andthe12bitanalogtodigitalconvertercansatisfymeasurementaccuracy.The64Kbitmemorycapabilitymakesthedatastoredreliably,thedataandresultcanbeshowedontheLCDscreen,andtheinstrumentcancommunicatewithPcusingserialprotocol.ThesoftwarerunningonPccanreceivethedatatransitedfromthememoryoftheinstrumentusingserial232,andalsoitcangivethemodelparameterstotheinstrumenttoadapttodifferentcrops.
