1、挂在拖拉机上的潜孔钻机,在摘挂钻机和调整钻机角度时,应有专人指挥。
严禁人员进入支架的活动空间。
2、钻孔机械就位后,应对钻机及配套设施进行全面检查,钻机安设必须平稳、牢固;钻架应加设斜撑或缆风绳,稳定安全。
架设好后经现场工程师检查合格后方可使用。
3、开钻前应检查钻具联结、电气、压气部分、风管和排尘装置等,确认其状况良好。
4、正、反循环钻机及潜水钻机使用的电缆要定期检查,接头必须牢固,确保不透水、不漏电;对经常处于水、泥浆浸泡处的电线应架空搭设。
挪移钻机时,不得挤压电缆线及风水管路。
5、潜水钻机钻孔时,一般在完成一根钻孔桩时要检查一次电机的封闭状况。
钻进速度应根据地质变化加以控制,以保证安全运转。
6、电闸箱要立放,移动式电闸箱底要离地1.3-1.6m,配电要设漏保,一箱内设多个开关时,要标出控制电器的名称,防止拉错,电闸箱上琐。
7、钻孔过程中要有专人随时对钻孔机具检查维修。
卷扬机卷绕钢丝绳时,严禁工作人员在其上跨越,同时卷筒上的钢丝绳不得放完,至少应保留三圈;卷扬机钢丝绳断丝超过5%应及时更换。
8、钻进时,要紧密监视掘进情况,观察孔内有无异常情况,钻架是否倾斜、各连续部位是否松动、是否有塌孔征兆,如有情况,立即纠正。
9、电动卷扬机在工作中,如遇停电或停机检查保养时,应将电源关闭。
钻机停钻,必须将钻头提出孔外,置于钻架上不得滞留孔内。
钻机停止工作后,应立即切断电源。
10、钻孔作业时,回转马达不得反转,以防钻杆脱口发生意外。
11、摘卸钻杆时,必须使用专用叉手,司机和辅助人员密切配合,防止失手。
当拆钻杆为双层作业时,上下应紧密配合,防止落物伤人;严禁用机械动力拆接钻杆。
12、钻机及起重工具应经常检查维修,打桩时严禁维修工作。
检查维修桩锤时,应将其放在最下端。
13、六级及六级以上风力条件下,不应进行打桩作业,并要加固桩架。
14、对于已埋设护筒未开钻或已成桩护筒尚未拔出的,应加设护筒顶盖或铺设安全网罩。
15、严格按规定使用各种钢筋加工机械,搬运钢筋时要注意安全,起吊钢筋笼时严格按照高空作业安全技术要求,并于附近高压线路或电源保持足够的安全距离。
钢筋林立的场所,雷电时不准操作和站人。
16、氧气瓶、乙炔瓶要立放,不允许躺放,存放氧气瓶、乙炔瓶要保持5m以上间距,离明火10m以上。
17、第一节钢筋笼吊放时,要防止碰撞孔壁。
钢筋笼接长时,两节筋笼要保持顺直,搭接长度按设计进行。
18、浇注砼时,导管提升不宜用力过猛,防止导管拉断,同时要防止将导管提离砼面,造成断桩事故。
19、在浇注过程中,如孔内泥浆流出,应保持渠道畅通,防止泥浆乱流。

安全技术交底内容
1、基坑尺寸应能满足基础安全施工和排水要求,基坑顶面应有良好的运输通道。
2、施工中遇有危险物、不明物和文物应立即停止作业、保护现场,报告上级和主管单位,经处理后方可恢复作业;严禁敲击和擅自处理。
3、基坑开挖中,与直埋电缆线距离小于2m(含),与其他管线距离小于1m(含)时,应采取人工开挖,并注意标志管线的警示标识,严禁损坏管线;开挖时宜邀请管理单位派人监护。
4、开挖中,出现基坑顶部地面裂缝、坑壁坍塌或涌水、涌沙时,必须立即停止施工,人员撤离危险区,待采取措施确认安全后,方可恢复施工。
5、土层中有水时,应在开挖前进行排降水,先疏干再开挖,不得带水挖土。
6、基坑邻近有各类管线、建(构)筑物时,开挖前应按施工组织设计的规定实施拆移、加固或保护措施,经检查符合规定后,方可开挖。
7、挖掘机作业应符合挖掘机施工安全技术交底的具体要求;严禁挖掘机在电力架空线路下方作业,需在其一侧作业时,机械与电力架空线路的最小距离必须符合表2-6要求。
8、在基坑外堆土时,堆土应距基坑边缘1m以外,堆土高度不得超过1.5m。
9、基坑开挖与支撑、支护交叉进行时,严禁开挖作业碰撞、破坏基坑的支护结构。
10、人工清基应在挖掘机停止运转,且挖掘机指挥人员同意后进行,严禁在机械回转范围内作业。
11、基坑内应设安全梯或土坡道等攀登设施。
12、机械开挖基坑时,当坑底无地下水,坑深在5m以内,且边坡坡度符合下表规定时,可不加支撑;当挖土深度超过5m或发现有地下水和土质发生特殊变化时,应根据现场实际情况确定边坡坡度或采取支护措施。
13、需挖除道路结构时应符合下列要求:
(1)施工前应根据旧路结构和现场环境,选择适宜的机具。
(2)使用液压振动锤应避离人、设备和设施。
(3)现场应划定作业区,设安全标志,非作业人员不得入内。
(4)作业人员应避离运转中的机具;挖除的渣块应及时清运出场。
14、基坑排降水要注意以下安全要求:
(1)基坑范围内有地表水时,应设水泵排除;在水深超过1.2m的水域作业,必须选派熟悉水性的人员,并应采取防止溺水的措施。
(2)基坑中设排水井时,排水井和排水沟的边坡应稳定,且不得扰动基坑
