提供正确的拉丁名，原产地，出口国，进口数量，运输方式，预计进口日期。

2.2Orderconfirmation

Confirmwhetherimportingavailable.Periodforconfirmation:

3-4days,makequotationlistandconfirmwitheachotherasperimportingvariety,transportationtype,andimportingquantity,thensignagreement.

2.2订单确认

确认是否可以进口。

确认时间：

3-4天。

按照进口品种、运输方式和进口数量的不同给予报价，双方确认价格，签订合作合同。

2.3Paymentcollectingandexpense

2.3.1Paymentcollecting

2.3.2paymentexpense:

Alltheproductsimportedingeneraltradetypeshouldpaymoney.documentsforexchange:

banknameofreceipt,account,address,swiftcode,receiptnameandaddress）

2.3款项收支

2.3.1款项收取

A所有费用预收。

在产品到达上海之前付清。

个人支票和外国支票不接受，只接受电汇的形式。

到货日前1周，XXXXX将制作付款通知书发至需进口的参展商处。

参展商可凭XXXXX出具的付款通知书安排相应的付款事宜。

B费用明细。

代理费，清关操作费（包括仓储费、商检费、三检费、海关查验费、关税、增值税、运输费等的预估费用），货款等。

C中国境内支付：

收取人民币。

中国境外支付：

收取欧元、美元，其它币种不收取。

需提供：

合作合同（详见附件1）。

2.3.2款项支付

所有以一般贸易的形式进口的产品都需要对外付汇。

对外付汇所需材料：

正本发票或者形式发票，收款方的银行信息（要求：

收款人开户银行名称、账户、地址、SWIFT、收款人名称及地址）。

待清关后，XXXXX会以邮件的形式将发货单发给各参展商并将货物送至会场。

参展商凭发货单收货，并在送货人的发货单上签收，提货。

3.Insurance

ShipperundertakealltheriskfromXXXXX’scargodelivery,wearenotinchargeofinsuranceofexhibitionproducts.EachexhibitorshouldmakesureallthecargoesshouldbeunderguaranteeofShanghaiagencyofPICCfromdealinShanghaitilldeliveredback.ThisactionwillhelpexhibitorclaimfortheirproductslosswhileinChina.Exhibitorcanhaveafreetochoosehowmuchquotaheorshebuyinsurance.Otherwise,ourcompanywillarrangeoverallinsurancescope,alsotheinsuranceforreturningbackinexporting.Ifyouneed,pleaseletusknow.
