 英语中字母组合oo的发音规则

Ⅰ.重读音节词尾的字母组合oo发音素[u:

]的音。

如:

too（太;也）,zoo（动物园）,room（房间）等;

II.在辅音字母f,l,m,n,s前的字母组合oo也发音素[u:

]的音。

如:

roof（屋顶）,school（学校）,soon（不久）,goose（鹅）等.有个特例要注意,wool[u]（羊毛）;

III.在字母t前的字母组合oo发音素[u:

]的音。

如:

boot（靴子）,tooth（牙齿）,特例词:

foot[u]（脚）;

IV.字母组合oo在字母d和k前发音素[u]的音。

good（好）,book（书）,look（看）,特例词:

food[u:

]（食物）;

V.在复合词的非重读音节中的字母组合oo发音素[u]的音。

如:

bedroom（卧室）,classroom（教室）等;

VI.在字母l和d之间的字母组合oo发音素[]的音。

如:

blood（血）,flood（洪水）

oo读长还是短,记住口诀就简单。

d,k之前读短[u],food一词是特例[u:

];

t前读长[u:

],foot需要特殊记[u];

复合词中要读短,其余多数读长[u:

l,s,d间读作[],例外还要特殊记。

房间、正午、食物、凉发长〔u:

字母组合ou和ow的发音规律

字母组合ou, ow通常读长音/аu /。

ou不出现在词尾，ow常常出现在词尾。

例如：

flower, house, count, down。

字母组合ou, ow 还可读/əu/。

例如：

know, low, though等。

在部分单词中，他们还可读/u:

/ 和 

/Λ/,例如：

group, soup, you, young, enough, country等。

试读下列单词:

 out, shout, mouth, loud, crown, clown, cow, now 

字母组合th的发音规律

辅音字符th有清与浊两种读音：

1当位于词首时，可以从词性上判别其应有的读音。

请看：

第一类：

在以下4种词类th读清音，即国际音标的θ：

a.Noun名词：

thing,theatre,thumb大拇指,thunder雷,

thermos热水瓶,Thursday,theory,theme,throat喉咙,thread线

b.Verb动词：

think,thank,throw,thrive,thicken,

c.Numeral数词：

three,thirteen,thirty,third,thousand

d.Adjective形容词：

thin,thick,thirsty,thoughtful,

thorough彻底的

第二类：

在以下两种词类th读浊音：

a.Pronoun代词：

they,them,their,theirs,this,these,

that,those,there,thy[旧时用法]你的

b.alterms功能词：

the,than,then,though,thus,

therefore

2当位于词尾（或音节之尾）时，其读音多数是清音，如：

bath,breath,both,cloth,tooth,health,wealth,arithmetic等。

只有在少数单词中，如：

with,smooth中读浊音。

3当位于两个元音之间时，其读音多数是浊音。

如：

other,mother,brother,another,father,weather,feather,leather,further,breathe.

但是，也有读清音的。

如在单词method,nothing,anything,sympathy,sympathetic,mathematics,healthy,wealthy,Luther,Marathon（马拉松）等。

ea组合的发音规律

规律是一般情况，只是便于记忆，不包括特殊情况。

 ea通常有开音节和闭音节发音。

我们把ea看成一个整体。

 开音节结构：

绝对开音节：

在单词末尾，后面没有其他音节挡着 

           相对开音节：

_+辅音字母+不发音的e结尾闭音节结构：

_+辅音字母结尾 

            ea在开音节中发[i:

]，例：
