Thebodyofyourinternalproposalshouldofferapracticalsolutiontotheproblemandprovidethedetailsnecessarytoinformandpersuadeyourreaders.Youshouldpayattentiontothefollowinginformation:
1)Sufficientbackgroundinformationtodescribetheextentoftheproblem
2)Themethodstobeusedinachievingtheproposedsolution
3)Informationaboutequipment,materials,andstaffrequirements
4)Abreakdownofcosts
5)Ascheduleforcompletingtheproject,possiblybrokendownintoseparatetasks.
