Pyroelectricinfraredsensorbody(hereinafterreferredto:
sensor)fromsensitiveunits,impedanceconverterandfilterwindowofthethreemajorcomponents.
1、Sensitiveunit
Thedifferentsensors,sensitiveelementofthematerialisdifferent.IfSD02sensitiveunitsmadebythePZT;P2288fromLiTaO3made.Thesematerialstomakethinsheet,eachoneofthetwosidesoftherelativelythinleadanelectrode,theelectrodesatbothendsoftheformationoftheequivalentofasmallcapacitor.Becausethesetwosmallcapacitorisdoneinthesamesiliconchip.

Whenthehumanbodysensorsdetectstaticintheregion,exposuretotheP1,P2ontheinfraredlightenergyequivalent,andachieveabalanced,polaropposite,theenergyequivalentoflightintheloopcurrentoffseteachother.Sensorsarestillnosignaloutput.Similarly,inthelightorthesun,becausethespeedofthesunmovingveryslowly,P1,P2ontheinfraredlightenergycanstillbeseenasequalandoffsettingeachotherintheloop.
Coupledwiththelowfrequencyresponseofthesensor(normally0.1~10Hz),thatis,infraredsensorsonthewavelengthoflight-sensitiveaverynarrowrange(typically5~15um),therefore,thesensorisnotsensitivetothem.
Whenthetemperaturechangecausedthetemperaturesensoritselfchanges,duetoP1,P2dothesamesiliconchip,ithastheoppositepolarity,andtheenergyequivalentoflightinthestillcurrentintheloopoffseteachother,nosensoroutput.
Fromtheprinciplesofperspective,anybodywillhaveaninfra-redfever,pyroelectricinfraredsensorsonthebodyofthesensitivityofthemaininfraredsensorssensitiveperformanceoftheunitbythechangesintemperature,andtemperaturechangesleadtotheformationofelectricalsignals.Environmentandthetemperaturechangefromitsowninternalstructureofitsdecisionnotoutwardoutputsignal.
Thelow-frequencyresponseofthesensor(normally0.1~10Hz)andthespecificwavelengthinfrared(normally5~15um)ofthesensorresponsetoadecisiononlyontheoutsideoftheinfraredradiationcausedbychangesintemperaturesensorsandsensitive,andthischangeIntermsofthehumanbodyismoving.Therefore,thesensoronhumanmovementorthemovementofsensitive,stationaryormovingveryslowlyinthehumanbodyisnotsensitiveitcanbemostvisibleandinfraredanti-interference.
2、Filterwindow
Itisathinglasscoatingonthemulti-layerfilmfromthefilter,filterwindowcaneffectivelyfilterout7.0~14umoutsidetheinfraredwavelengths.Forexample,SCA02-1,7.5~14umwavelengthinfraredpenetrationof70%,6.5umDepartment,droppedto65percent,whilein5.0um,whendecreaseto0.1%;P2288responsetothewavelengthof6~14um,thecenterwavelengthof10um.
