我国光伏产业遭遇反倾销的原因及对策分析

摘要

从加入WTO以来，我国经济发展迅速，但在发展中国家之间，我国遭受的反倾销调查最多。

本文提出了光伏产业遭到反倾销的原因及对策。

光伏产业在我国不断发展以来，从未停止在国际市场上的进步。

从我国开始重视光伏产业，不断的与欧美国家的利益发生冲突。

今天，各个国家各个地区在遭受了经济危机后，大部分国家和地区都会有保护本地经济的意识，在欧美国家尤其突出。

欧美国家为了保护自己国家的光伏产业的发展，多次对我国的光伏产业实施反倾销。

本文目的是充分分析我国的现状，现分析了我国企业在美国的发展中，接到的反倾销调查，以及在欧洲市场上，欧盟对我国光伏产业的态度。

然后从我国光伏产品生产中的技术，以及政府对光伏产业的政策等方面，在国外市场方面，主要看他来自各方的压力，最终了解反倾销。

最终提出一些应对反倾销的方法，高度强调政府、企业和行业协会的合作关系。

ABSTRACT

SinceChina'saccessiontotheWTO,China'seconomyhasbeenrapiddevelopment,butitisstilladevelopingcountry,anti-dumpingisoneofthemodesurveyedmostofourcountry.ThispaperbrieflyintroducesthereasonsandCountermeasuresofantidumpinginPVindustry.IntheprocessofChina'seconomicdevelopment,weshouldactivelyrespondtoanti-dumpinginacomprehensiveandmultiangleway.Sincetwenty-firstcentury,China'sphotovoltaicindustryhasmaintainedsustainedandrapidgrowth,atthesametime,theinternationalmarketshareofChina'sphotovoltaicindustryisrisingandthescopeofexportisexpanding,theinternationalcompetitivenessinphotovoltaicindustryhasbecomemuchtough.AlongwiththeriseofPVndustryinChina,thecompetitionhasalsobeenstrengthenedbetweenChinaandothercountries,likeEuropeandtheUnitedStates.Asaresult,theconflictofinterestbetweeneachotherisalsoincreasing.Aftertheeconomiccrisistoday,tradeprotectionism,andcollisionmakesourcountryhavesufferedphotovoltaicproductsfromtheUnitedStates,theEUanti-dumpinginvestigation,involvingatotalofmorethan30billiondollars,theanti-dumpingofEuropeandtheUnitedStatesisanattempttoprotectandgainthetimetodeveloptheirPVindustry,andweakthecompetitiveadvantageofPVindustryinChina.Firstly,thispaperintroducesthestatusofChina'sexportPVindustryandanti-dumpingsituation,toanalysethePVindustrysufferingfromanti-dumping.Secondlyfromtwoaspectsofinternalandexternalcause,respectively,theauthoranalyzesthereasonsforsufferingfromanti-dumping.ThentheauthoranalysestheeffectofPVindustryinChinasufferedfromanti-dumping.Inthispart,itmainlyanalysestradeeffectsuchastheinvestigationeffect,tradediversioneffectandthetraderestrictionsandnon-tradeeffectssuchastransferringeffect,demonstrationeffect.Finallytheauthortrytoexplorethecountermeasuresfromthreeaspectsthegovernment,industryassociationandenterprise.
