ExecutiveSummaryTheprojecthasanappreciatemethodologyandapproachinreachingallvillagers,localandregionalauthoritiesinpovertyreductionandforestprotection.Overalltheprojecthasachieveditsgoalandexpectation,suchasthenumberofvillagesandbeneficiariesandcommunityreinforcement.Theecologicalagriculturehasbeenadoptedwithintheareaofinterventionbecausetheyarefitandapplicable.Somefarmersnotonlyadoptedonetechniquebutalsoother.Thismethodcanreduceproductioncostandatthesametimeutilizetheexistingandavailableresourceoftheregionandenvironmentalfriendly.However,theprogressofexpandingthismethodwasnotmuchbecauseoftwosideeffects.Oneisregionincludingcustom,location,humanresourceanotheristheprojectdurationanditssupport.Somepartsoftheregionishardtoapplythemethod,especiallySRIbecauseitismountainousarea,thelandisnotflat,richesincrab,andunstableannualrainfall,whiletypicalcustomandhumanresourcesplayanotherrole.Onanotherside,theprojectlifecycleistooshortforthiscontextanditsfollowupactivitywasirregular.Thesepartiallycontributetotheprogressandachievementoftheproject.Ontheotherhand,withoutoutsidefinancialinput,savinggrouphaveoccurredremarkablyandstillongoingwithinthecommunity.Thismovementhavebeenplayingverysignificantroleinreducingoutsiderdependencyandprovidingpossibilityofselfagriculturalinvestment.Eventhough,theconceptandoperatingmanagementofsavinggrouphasbeennotstrongandqualifiedenoughtoleaveitautonomousorindependent.Notallmembersreceivedtrainingfromtheprojecteventhecommitteeteamdidnotreceivedthewholetrainingofsavinggroup.Theforestcommunityhasbeenreinforcedthroughcapacitybuildinganddraftingandfinalizingitsregulation.Throughthecooperatingwiththeprojectandprovincialdepartmentofenvironment,thecommunityasawholeismoremotivatedandactiveinfulfilltheirvoluntaryservices.Sincethentheillegalcasehasbeenreducedandcommunitymemberslearnmoreaboutcommunityadvantagesaswellasforest.However,thecooperationbetweencommunityandrelevantauthoritiesisnotgoingwell

sometimes.Thisisbecausesomeillegalcaseswerereportedhappenthroughtheirsupport.Moreimportantly,suchacaseisbeyondcommunity’sability.
