浙江科技学院财务管理专业培养方案
浙江科技学院财务管理专业培养方案
一、培养目标
本专业旨在培养德、智、体、美全面发展，掌握必要的财务管理基础理论及操作技能，具备现代经济、金融、管理、会计、法律等方面的知识及相关能力，能够运用现代化企业管理手段，从事各类企业（包括金融机构）、行政事业单位财务管理工作和会计工作的国际化、高素质应用型专门人才。
二、培养标准
本专业学生主要学习财务管理方面的基本理和基本知识,接受财务、金融管理方法和技能方面的基本训练，具有分析和解决财务问题的基本能力。
毕业生应获得以下几方面的指示和能力：
1、掌握管理学、经济学、财务与金融等学科的基本理论和基本知识；
2、具有较强的语言文字表达、人际沟通、信息获取及分析和解决财务、金融管理实际问题的基本能力；
3、熟悉我国有关财务、金融管理方面的法规、政策和方针；
4、具有外语（英语）阅读和沟通能力；
5、掌握计算机的基本知识和应用方法，能熟练操作计算机；
6、掌握文献检索、资料查询的基本方法，具有一定的科学研究和实际工作能力。

I.TrainingObjectives
Themajorisdesignedtocultivateinternationalizedapplication-orientedsenior-leveltalentswhoareall-rounddevelopedinmorality,intelligence,physiqueandaesthetic,masternecessarybasictheoriesandoperationalskillsoffinancialmanagement,haveagoodknowledgeandrelatedabilityonmoderneconomy,finance,management,accountingandlawandareabletoengageinfinancialmanagementandaccountingwithmodernenterprisemanagementmethodsincorporations（includingfinancialinstitutions）andadministrativeinstitutions.
II.TrainingStandards
Studentsaremainlearningthebasictheoryandbasicknowledgeoffinancialmanagement,acceptthemethodsoffinanceandfinancialmanagement,aswellasskillstraining.Besides,studentsshouldhavethebasicabilitytoanalyzeandsolvefinancialproblems.
Graduatesshouldbegiveninthefollowingareasofknowledgeandability:
1.Learnbasictheoryandknowledgeinmanagement,economics,accountingandfinance.
2.Havetheabilityofusinglanguage,communicating,acquiringandanalyzinginformationandsolvingpracticalaccountingandfinancialproblems.
3.FamiliarwithChinalaws,policiesandregulationsonaccountingandfinancialmanagement
4.Havetheabilitytoreadandcommunicatewithaforeignlanguage（English）
5.Learnbasicknowledgeandapplicationprocessofcomputerandproficiencyinusingcomputer.
6.Havetheabilityofretrievingliteratureandinquiringinformation,andagoodabilityofscientificresearchandpracticalwork.
