我国文化产业国际竞争力研究
摘要:
文化自古至今都是中外交流的重要桥梁,文化在对外贸易中起着非常重要的的作用。
20世纪90年代以来我国文化贸易处于萌芽阶段,其发展水平与发达国家差距很大。
近几年来,我国开始在各方面支持发展文化产业,以不断缩小与发达国家之间的差距。
本文分析了我国文化贸易的发展现状和问题并采用指标评价方法与实证分析中国文化贸易国际竞争力,用SWOT分析法分析影响我国文化贸易竞争力水平的因素,最后从三个方面给出了相关的政策建议。

Abstract
CulturalexchangesbetweenChinasinceancienttimesisthebridge,itplaysaveryimportantroleinforeigntrade.20thCenturyculturaltradeinitsinfancysincethe1990s,alargegapbetweenthedevelopedcountriesandtheirlevelofdevelopment.
Inrecentyears,Chinabegantosupportthedevelopmentofculturalindustriesinallaspects,aswecontinuetonarrowthegapbetweenthedevelopedcountries.ThispaperanalyzesthedevelopmentstatusandproblemsofChina'sculturaltradeandtheuseofindexEvaluationMethodandEmpiricalAnalysisofInternationalCompetitivenessofChineseculturaltrade,analysisoftradeandculturalfactorsthataffectthelevelofcompetitivenesswiththeSWOTanalysis,thelastthreeaspectsgivestherelevantpolicyrecommendations.

Introduction
BecauseChinahasalongculturalhistory,richresourcesforthedevelopmentofculturaltradeprovidesaverygoodcondition.Butwealsoseeapartofthedevelopedcountries,theuseofadvancedhightechnology,well-developedeconomicstrength,soundsystemandotheraspectsoftheadvantagesofthecompany,theproductionofhighlycompetitiveexportsofculturalproducts,tooccupyafavorablepositionintheinternationalmarket.
Chineseculturaltradeinmostofthecurrenttradedeficit,lesscompetitive,facingthepressureofinternationalcompetitionisnotoptimistic.Inthiscontext,thecompetitivenessofChineseculturaltradewasextremelyimportant.“Economicaspectsofculturehasaspecialcompetitiveadvantage,itsabilitytoadvancewiththetimes,followthechangesofthetimeschange,canstandthetestoftime.”1
Intoday'sdeepeningeconomicglobalization,culturalinnovationandreformisalsoatthesametime,culturalinnovationandreformtocreateanewspace,andotheraspectsofeconomicstrategyhasnosuchability.Economicandculturalembodiesa"totaleffect",itisnotonlyaneconomicfunction,andisthebirthplaceoftheeconomy,aneconomicstructure.“Economicaspectsofculturaldevelopmentcanbring,suchassports,artsandmediaandevenpoliticaldevelopment.“2
Culturaleconomycanalsoplayaroleinthepromotionofemployment,toensurethestabilityofthestateandsociety,toenhancetheimageofthecountryandotherfeatures.Becauseoftheculturalclosenessandidentityandotherreasons,culturaltradeiseasytoforma"radiatingeffect",otherindustrieswillalsofollowthedevelopmentofculturalandeconomicdevelopment,theremayevenbeanimportanttradenegotiationsandforeignmagic.

IndustrialCompetitivenessPorterfoundedbythecountry's"diamondmodel"themaincontent,demand,production,relatedindustriesandcorporatestrategyarefourbasicelementsarethegreatestimpactonindustrialcompetitiveness,themostdirectfactor,nationalcompetitiveadvantageofcutpointandfundamentalindustrialcompetitiveness.Thenewdiagramandanalysisonthe"DiamondModel"intheintroductionofabreakthroughistocarryoutthemostcompletestudyofthetheoryofindustrialcompetitiveness.Manyscholarsinthestudyprocess,the"diamondmodel"proposedModification.Dunning(1993)consideredtheroleofmultinationalcorporationsintheglobaleconomyisverystrong:

MostChinesescholarsabroadbycomparingtheculturalindustryininternationalcompetitiontheory,economicanalysismodelofinternationalculturaltradecompetitivenessbymeansof"diamondmodel",aswellascomparisonwithChina'sactualsituationtoimprove,tostudythecultureindustryinternationalcompetitiveness.
Ourtheoryofthetwomainaspectsoftheinternationalcompetitivenessoftheresearcharetobuildindustrialinternationalcompetitivenessindexsystemandanalyzetheinternationalcompetitivenessofaparticularindustry.4
Absorbingtheinternationalcompetitivenessindexrepresentativeoftheindustryclassificationmainlyintotwocategories,namelydisplayindicators(resultsintheformationofcompetition)andanalysisindicators(competitiveperformanceresults)two,whichisusedtoevaluatetheindustrialcompetitivenessofmoreChinesescholarsfirstproposedreasonableevaluationindexsystemofthesystem.4

Thescientificandtechnologicalprogressandinnovationastheprimaryforcesofthewholesocietytopromoteeconomicdevelopment,theabilityofindependentinnovationasanationalprioritystrategyistobuildaninnovativecountry'score.Atpresent,Chinaisatruemanufacturingcountry,domesticresourcesandenvironmentaldegradationasacontradictorypositionasaworldfactorybecomeincreasinglyprominent.
Astheproducttechnologycontentistoolow,almostnocreativedesign,brandrecognitionisnothighreason,theimpactofChina'soverallexporttrade.“China'seconomicdevelopmentinthefuturewillbemoredependentonknowledgeandinnovation,ratherthaninvestment,withacostofconsumptionofresourcesinexchangeforcompetitiveadvantage.“5Creativityandthecombinedeffectoftheculturalindustryintalent,itwillnottakeuptoomuchlandandresources,knowledge-intensiveindustries,ratherthanresource-intensiveindustries,withlowinvestmentandhighreturncharacteristics.
Comparedwiththegeneralculturalproductsofbothproducts,highprofitstheyareaterrorist.Promotingculturalproducts"goingout".6youcanincreasetheaddedvalueofChina'sforeigntradeproducts,itistheonlychoiceforChinafromabigtradingtotradepower.
B.Helpto enhance the international image and impact
Culturalproductsnotonlycommodities,economicattributes,aswellasspiritual,ideologicalattributesforaroleofthestateintheimageofforeignbrandsshouldnotbeunderestimated.Itcanreflectthelevelofscientificandtechnologicaldevelopmentofthecountry,andexpandtheinfluenceoftheircultureandradiation,therebyincreasingitsroleintheinternationalcomprehensivecompetitiveness.
