3.On-OffHireSurvey

Priortodeliveryandredeliverythepartiesshall,unlessotherwiseagreed,eachappointsurveyors,

fortheirrespectiveaccounts,whoshallnotlaterthanatfirstloadingport/lastdischargingport

respectively,conductjointon-hire/off-hiresurveys,forthepurposeofascertainingquantityof

bunkersonboardandtheconditionoftheVessel.Asinglereportshallbepreparedoneach

occasionandsignedbyeachsurveyor,withoutprejudicetohisrighttofileaseparatereport

settingforthitemsuponwhichthesurveyorscannotagree.Ifeitherpartyfailstohavea

representativeattendthesurveyandsignthejointsurveyreport,suchpartyshallneverthelessbe

boundforallpurposesbythefindingsinanyreportpreparedbytheotherparty.On-hiresurvey

shallbeonCharterers'timeandoff-hiresurveyonOwners'time.

4.DangerousCargo/CargoExclusions

（a）TheVesselshallbeemployedincarryinglawfulmerchandiseexcludinganygoodsofa

dangerous,injurious,flammableorcorrosivenatureunlesscarriedinaccordancewiththe

requirementsorrecommendationsofthecompetentauthoritiesofthecountryoftheVessel's

registryandofportsofshipmentanddischargeandofanyintermediatecountriesorportsthrough

whosewaterstheVesselmustpass.Withoutprejudicetothegeneralityoftheforegoing,in

additionthefollowingarespecificallyexcluded:

livestockofanydescription,arms,ammunition,

direct.6.OwnerstoProvide

TheOwnersshallprovideandpayfortheinsuranceoftheVessel,exceptasotherwiseprovided,

andforallprovisions,cabin,deck,engine-roomandothernecessarystores,includingboilerwater;

shallpayforwages,consularshippinganddischargingfeesofthecrewandchargesforport

servicespertainingtothecrew;shallmaintaintheVessel'sclassandkeepherinathoroughly

efficientstateinhull,machineryandequipmentforandduringtheservice,andhaveafull

complementofofficersandcrew.

7.ChartererstoProvide

TheCharterers,whiletheVesselisonhire,shallprovideandpayforallthebunkersexceptas

otherwiseagreed;shallpayforportcharges（includingcompulsorywatchmenandcargo

watchmenandcompulsorygarbagedisposal）,allcommunicationexpensespertainingtothe

Charterers'businessatcost,pilotages,towages,agencies,commissions,consularcharges（except

thosepertainingtoindividualcrewmembersorflagoftheVessel）,andallotherusualexpenses

exceptthosestatedinClause6,butwhentheVesselputsintoaportforcausesforwhichthe

Vesselisresponsible（otherthanbystressofweather）,thenallsuchchargesincurredshallbepaid

bytheOwners.FumigationsorderedbecauseofillnessofthecrewshallbefortheOwners'

account.FumigationsorderedbecauseofcargoescarriedorportsvisitedwhiletheVesselis

employedunderthisCharterPartyshallbefortheCharterers'account.Allotherfumigationsshall

befortheCharterers'accountaftertheVesselhasbeenoncharterforacontinuousperiodofsix

monthsormore.

TheCharterersshallprovideandpayfornecessarydunnageandalsoanyextrafittingsrequisite

foraspecialtradeorunusualcargo,buttheOwnersshallallowthemtheuseofanydunnage

alreadyaboardtheVessel.PriortoredeliverytheCharterersshallremovetheirdunnageand

fittingsattheircostandintheirtime.

8.PerformanceofVoyage

（a）TheMastershallperformthevoyageswithduedespatch,andshallrenderallcustomary

assistancewiththeVessel'screw.TheMastershallbeconversantwiththeEnglishlanguageand

（althoughappointedbytheOwners）shallbeundertheordersanddirectionsoftheCharterersas

regardsemploymentandagency;andtheCharterersshallperformallcargohandling,including

butnotlimitedtoloading,stowing,trimming,lashing,securing,dunnaging,unlashing,

discharging,andtallying,attheirriskandexpense,underthesupervisionoftheMaster.

（b）IftheCharterersshallhavereasonablecausetobedissatisfiedwiththeconductoftheMaster

orofficers,theOwnersshall,onreceivingparticularsofthecomplaint,investigatethesame,and,

ifnecessary,makeachangeintheappointments.

9.Bunkers

（a）TheCharterersondelivery,andtheOwnersonredelivery,shalltakeoverandpayforallfuel

anddieseloilremainingonboardtheVesselashereunder.TheVesselshallbedelivered

enginesortheauxiliariescausedbytheuseofunsuitablefuelsorfuelsnotcomplyingwiththe

agreedspecification（s）.Additionally,ifbunkerfuelssupplieddonotconformwiththemutually

agreedspecification（s）orotherwiseproveunsuitableforburningintheVessel'senginesor

auxiliaries,theOwnersshallnotbeheldresponsibleforanyreductionintheVessel'sspeed

performanceand/orincreasedbunkerconsumption,norforanytimelostandanyother

consequences.
