收寄、运输、投递安全保障制度

一、收寄安全保障制度

1、收寄快件时，不出入与工作无关的场所，不进行与工作无关的事项。

2、进入单位或居民区，车辆及快件应放置在视线可及或有人看管的安全区域。

3、收寄收件时，必须对快件进行安全验视，用户拒绝验视，或在验视中发现违禁品的，

不予收寄。

4、收寄收件时，应提醒寄件人阅读运单的服务条款，并建议寄件人对贵重物品购买保

价或保险服务。

5、应协助并要求寄件人在快递运单上如实、完整、准确填写内件品名、种类、数量，

寄件人姓名、地址、联系方式，收件人姓名、地址、联系方式等信息，并妥善保存。

二、运输安全保障制度

1、注意车况路况，定期检修车辆，杜绝故障车上路，机动车必须购买车辆保险。

2、遵守交通规则，严禁超载、超速、酒后驾驶，驾驶证、行驶证等相关证件准备齐全。

3、注意天气预报，雨雪天气准备好防水防冻物品，防止快件淋湿。

4、自行车、摩托车应当在非机动车道内行驶;没有区分机动车道与非机动车道的道路

上，应当靠右侧行驶，注意观察瞭望，避让机动车辆;自行车、摩托车通过陡坡或

交通情况复杂地段时，应下车推行通过。

5、自行车、摩托车转弯前，减速慢行，确认安全后方可转弯;双手不离车把，不攀扶

其他车辆;禁止在车把上悬挂物品;行车途中不准挂拨或接听电话。

6、面包车、厢式货车等机动车辆不得在非机动车道行驶。

三、投递安全保障制度

1、快件不交由他人捎、转、带，不乱扔乱放，防止用户信息泄露。

2、收件客户不在时，在服务时间内再次派送;经客户同意，可由客户确认的人员代收。

3、派送时，将快件捆扎牢固，在路上随时注意，避免快件掉落。

4、收派快件用的机动车后厢玻璃窗应安装防护网，摩托车装快件的容器应加装锁具。

5、要将车辆放在视线可及或有人看管的较为安全的地方，驾驶员下车时必须将车钥匙

取下并锁好车辆，以确保快件和车辆的安全。

6、如发生快件、车辆被盗抢的情况，快递业务员应立即报警，并向领导汇报，妥善处

理好被盗快件的善后工作。
