教学目标：
知识与能力
1、以教材中课文出现的基本人物、事件、时间和提示为对学生应掌握知识的要求；其他只要求一般了解。
过程与方法
1、以多种角度来训练学生的历史唯物主义观点、方法的初步运用能力。
2、将阅读、听讲、识记三方面材料综合起来的思维能力及独创、灵敏是思维品质的培养。
3、口头表达能力的锻炼。
情感态度与价值观
1、新中国是在经历了百余年的屈辱、抗争和探索之后，才建立起来的。
由此增强民族自信心和自豪感。
2、使学生认识到抗美援朝是一场伟大的反侵略的正义战争，树立热爱和平、反对战争的思想观念，认识和平与发展是当今时代的主题。

教学目标：

1、第一届中国人民协商会议、开国大典、西藏和平解放等知识要点。
2、新中国建立的主要标志（施政方针、国家机构、国旗、国歌、首都、公元纪年等）
过程与方法
1、在教学人民英雄纪念碑这一内容时，让学生阅读毛泽东为人民英雄纪念碑所题文字的历史含义和现实意义，开国大典的盛况，祖国大陆统一的实现，对比第一届中国人民政治协商会议和第一届中央人民政府委员会首次会议的异同。
情感态度价值观
新中国是在经历了百余年的屈辱、抗争和探索之后，才建立起来的。
我们一定要热爱祖国，把她建设得越来越繁荣富强。
新中国在维护民族团结方面做了许艰苦细致的工作，实现了西藏的和平解放，这个大好局面是必须加以珍惜的。

三大战役胜利不久，中国共产党就在河北平山的西柏坡村召开了七届二中全会，为建立新中国做好了思想上、理论上的准备。
今天我们接着了解，当年怎样在组织机构上完成建国工作。

1949年3月25日，各界代表在西苑机场欢迎毛泽东等到达北平
（指的是新中国的建立、巩固、建设和发展，包括政治、军事、外交、民族、文化、经济等各方面工作，其中最重要的任务是经济建设。
因为新中国建立之前，中国共产党为了替人民打天下，主要从事政治和军事的斗争，在经济建设方面还缺乏经验。
