在阅读教学中,教师应始终坚持以教师为主导,学生为主体的教学建构,注意培养学生的思维能力和实践能力,充分调动学生的积极性,激发学生的阅读兴趣,在教学中一般应采用以下教学模式:
模式一:
悬念导入式.基要操作等程序:
读前制造——学生自由想象——阅读验证——读者巩固吸收。
模式二:
讨论启发式。
基本操作程序:
读前讨论——阅读——比较分析——总结(讨论)
模式三:
体裁分析及语篇分析式。
体裁呈现——摹仿分析——细读领悟——独立分析。
教学手段以语言为媒体的教学手段和教学工具媒体的教学手段相结合.充分利用现代化的教学手段,提高教学效果.
通过本课程的学习,要求学生:
a.能读懂英语国家出版的中等难度的文史类题材的文章,阅读速度为每分钟100—120个单词,了解中心大意,抓住主要论点或情节,熟悉文章的结构布局。
能根据所阅读的材料进行推理,归纳和分析,领会作者的真实意图。
b.能在3—4分钟内快速阅读1000词左右的难度浅易的文章(生词不超过总词数的3%),快速获取所需信息,并能根据阅读技巧推测和判断词义。
理解准确率要求以70%—80%为合格。
c.要求能熟练地使用中小型英语词典(如ALD,LongmanDictionaryofContemporaryEnglish)和初步学会利用图书馆查阅参考书,独立解决大部分语言难点和一些背景知识。
d.要求在文化素养方面具有一定的知识面,对英语国家的地理历史、社会状况、文化传统,风俗习惯等有一定了解。
e.要求大量阅读难易程度相当的课外读物并写出读书报告,以进一步提高阅读技能和阅读质量。
