重要注释：

·COMAPisthefinalarbiterofallrulesandpolicies,andmaydisqualifyorrefusetoregisteranyteamthat,initssolediscretion,doesnotfollowthesecontestregulationsandprocedures.

·COMAP拥有对所有规则和制度的最终解释权，有权不受理任何不符合竞赛规则和程序的参赛申请。

·Ifateamiscaughtviolatingtherules,thefacultyadvisorwillnotbepermittedtoadviseanotherteamforoneyear,andtheadvisor’sinstitutionwillbeputonprobationforoneyear.

I.BEFORETHECONTESTBEGINS:

A.Registration

Allteamsmustberegisteredbefore2PMESTonThursday,February6,2014.Werecommendthatallteamscompletetheregistrationprocesswellinadvance,sincetheregistrationsystemwillnotacceptanynewteamregistrationsafterthedeadline.COMAPwillnotacceptlateregistrationsforMCM/ICM2014underanycircumstances.NOEXCEPTIONSWILLBEMADE.

A.注册

所有的参赛队必须在美国东部时间2014年2月6号（星期四）下午2点前完成注册。

届时，注册系统将会自动关闭，不再接受新的注册。

任何未在规定时间内注册的参赛队都没有参加2014年MCM/ICM的资格。

不存在例外情况。

a.Ifyouareregisteringyourfirstteamforthisyear’scontest,clickonRegisterfor2014Contestontheleft-handsideofthescreen.Enteralltherequiredinformation,includingyouremailaddressandcontactinformation.

Besuretouseavalidandcurrentemailaddresssothatwecanuseittocontactyouatanypointbefore,during,andafterthecontest,ifnecessary.

a.如果您刚刚开始注册竞赛的第一个参赛队，请点击网页左边的Registerfor2014Contest。

输入所有需要的信息，包括邮箱地址和联系方式。

特别注意：

必须输入一个可用的、正确的E-mail地址！

以便竞赛组委会与各参赛队在赛前、赛中和赛后都能保持联系。

b.Ifyouhavealreadyregisteredateamforthisyear’scontestandwanttoregisterasecondteam,clickonAdvisorLogin,thenloginwiththesameemailaddressandpasswordthatyouusedwhenyouregisteredyourfirstteam.Onceyou’reloggedin,clickonRegisterAnotherTeamneartheupperrightcornerofthepage,thenfollowtheinstructionsthere.New:

Thereisnolongerarestrictiononthenumberofteamsanadvisorcanregister.

b.如果您已经注册过一个参赛队而想为另外一个参赛队注册，请点击AdvisorLogin，打开页面后请您使用在注册第一支参赛队时使用的E-mail地址和密码进行登录。

登入之后请点击网页右上角的RegisterAnotherTeam链接，按照我们的指南进行下一步。
