2)worthwhileadj.值得做的,常用于Itisworthwhiletodosth./doingsth.中。

注意:

worth,worthy和worthwhile的区别worth现在英语中被看作介词,因为它后面必须带名词或动名词。

后接动名词时以主动形式表达被动的意思,接名词时须接表示价值、代价的名词。

worthy是形容词,在句中作表语或定语。

作表语时,用beworthyof+n./doingsth.或beworthytobedone结构。
