一、Briefintroduction

概述

TypeAWFBself-controllingself-primingpumpwithoutsealingisakindofsingle-levelormulti-levelradialverticalpumpwhichisanewproductdevelopedbyourcompanybyintroducingadvancedforeigntechnology.

AWFB型无密封自控自吸泵为立式单级或多级径向剖分式，是引进国外先进技术、消化吸收、研制开发的新产品。

TypeAWFBself-controllingself-primingpumpwithoutsealingismainlyusedfortransferringcleanorwaste,neutralorcorrosiveliquid,especiallyfortransferringthethickliquidwithmuchimpurity,wastewaterofpowerplantandcoaltransferringwork.

AWFB型无密封自控自吸泵适用于清洁或污染，中性或腐蚀性的，特别适用于杂质较多，粘稠性液体输送，电厂灰浆水，输煤专业污水使用。

二、Features

特点

（1）TypeAWFBself-controllingpumpwithoutsealingmainlyconsistsofpartsofcylinderbody,impeller,partsofbearingbody,couplingbracketbysub-impellerhousing,electromagneticvalve,checkvalve,etc.

AWFB型无密封自控自吸泵主要由筒体部件、轴承体部件、叶轮、联接座、主轴、付叶轮、甩水环、电磁阀、止回阀组成。

（2）Thepumpusestheprincipleofvacuumpump.Thesealingusesmulti-facecentrifugalanddynamicsealing.Theimpellerisconnectedintothebracketbysub-impeller.So,thepressureforsealingismorethanorequalto1.5timesofthehead.

该泵采用真空泵原理，密封采用连环式多面离心动态密封装置，密封腔体通过付叶轮罩把叶轮装于联接座内，产生密封压力≥1.5倍水泵扬程。

（3）Thereisanautomaticcontrollingvalvetopreventthemediuminthecylinderbodyfromsiphonafterthepumpisstopped.So,thepumpcanbeprimedatonetimeandself-primingallthetime.

该泵进口装有电动空气控制阀，可以防止水泵停机后，筒体内介质不被虹吸，实现一次引流，终身自吸。

（4）Thepumpisoflittlevibration,reasonablestructure,lownoise,nofootscrew.

该泵振动小，结构合理，噪声低，不需地脚固定。

（5）Acheckvalveinstalledattheoutletmaypreventtheliquidfromflowingbackwards.

该泵出口装有止回阀；防止液体倒流。

泵的装配与拆卸

（1）Orderofdismantlement

泵的拆卸顺序

1.1Toscrewoffthescrewofthepartsofthecylinderbodytodrainthemediumaway.

拧下筒体部件上的放水螺塞，放尽筒体内介质。

1.2Toscrewofftheelectromagneticvalve.

拧下电磁阀。

1.3Toloosenthefixedscrewboltofthecheckvalvetodismantlethecheckvalve.

松开止回阀螺栓（固定）拆下止回阀。

1.4Toloosenthescrewboltbetweenthemotorbracketandbearingtoseparatethem.

松开电机座与轴承体联接螺栓，将电机座组体与轴承体分离。

1.5Todismantlethescrewboltbetweenthecouplingbracketandcylinderbodyandtaketheimpeller,couplingbearingbody’spartsoutofthecylinderbody.

拆开联接座与筒体联接螺栓，将联接座，轴承体部件，叶轮等全部转子组件从筒体内取出。

1.6Toloosenthescrewnutoftheimpellertogetoutoftheimpellerandkey.

松开叶轮螺母，取出叶轮和键。

1.7Toscrewoffthescrewofthesub-impellerhousingandloosentheroundscrewnutofthesub-impellerandgettheimpelleroutoftheshaft.

拧开联接付叶轮罩的螺钉，松开固定付叶轮的圆螺母，将付叶轮从轴上取下。

1.8Todismantlethebearingbodypartsandcouplingbracket.

拆开轴承体部件与联接座。

1.9Todismantlethecouplerofthepumpandkey.

拆下泵联轴器和键。

1.10Toscrewofftheroundscrewnutofthefixedbearingandthescrewnailofitscapandthelowerpartsofthemainshaft.

先拧开固定下轴承上圆螺母，拆开固定下轴承压盖上的螺钉，拆下主轴承下轴体。

1.11Todismantlethescrewnailofupperbearingcapandupperbearing.

拆下上轴承压盖上的螺钉，拆下上轴承。

（2）Assembly

泵的装配

2.1Theorderofassemblyreversestotheorderofdismantlement.Butyoumustpayattentiontothesealingfaces,lining,whenassembly.Youmustn’tmisstheliningorassemblethebadlining,

泵的装配顺序基本上按照拆卸顺序的反向进行。

但装配时要注意各密封面，垫片应完好，并注意切勿漏装垫片和更换不好的垫片。
