Abstract：

Withthedeepeningoftheeconomicsystemreforminourcountryatthisstageandincomedistributiongapbingwidenedgradually，theproblemofithasbecomeincreasinglyprominent.Iftheproblemofincomedistributioncann’tbesolvedcorrectely,itwillnotonlyaffecttheresidentsincomelevelandthequalityoflife,butalsotheeconomicdevelopmentofthewholecountry.Itismorelikelytoaffectthewholecountry’seconomydevelopmenttrend.Thepresentincomegapbetweenurbanandruralareasbeingastheresearchobject，guidedbythemarxistdistributiontheory,incomedistributiongapofourcountrypresentstageisdonemorecomprehensiveandin-depthresearch.Itispointedoutspeedingupthereformoftheincomedistributionsystem,reasonablyadjustincomedistributiongap,andimprovingrelevantpoliciesandmeasurestoregulatetheincomegaptoareasonablescope,canpromotethehealthyandrapideconomicandsocialdevelopmentinourcountry.

1.1Thepresentsituationofurbanandruralresidentsincomegapofourcountry

AlongwiththerapiddevelopmentofChina'seconomy,peoplehavesharedthefruitsofreformanddevelopmentinourcountry;theincomeofurbanandruralresidentshaverised,people'slivingstandardshavebeenimprovedsignificantly.Buttheincomegapbetweenurbanandruralresidentsisexpanding.Especiallysincethelate1990s,urbanresidents'incomehasmaintainedarapidgrowthmomentum,butthefarmers'incomehasgrownslowly.During1997~2002,period,urbanresidentsincomeincreasedby6.64%,5.13%,7.91%,7.28%,9.23%and12.99%,respectivelyandurbanresidents'disposableincomekepttheaverageannualgrowthof8.61%.Andduringthesixyears,ourruralincomegrowthwas8.51%,3.44%,2.23%,1.95%,5.01%,and4.61%,andtheaverageannualruralnetincomrrerowthwas3.85%,whichwaslessthanhalfoftheurbanresidentsincomegrowth.Obviously,sincemorethan20yearsofreformandopening-up,hadgreatlyimprovefarmers'livingstandardhasgreatlybeenimproved,butwithoutdoubtfarmershasgotrelativelylessbenefitfromitisarelativelylessbenefitgroup.

1.2Theinfluenceofurbanandruralresidentswideningincomegap

1.2.1Affectingsustainableandhealthydevelopmentofthenationaleconmy

Atpresent,thedomesticeffectivedemandshortagehasbecomethebottleneckofrestrictingthefurtherdevelopmentofeconomyinourcountry,andtheexpansionofurbanandruralresidentsincomegapisoneofthemainreasonsofthelackofdomesticdemand.

1.2.2Affectingsocialstability

Reformanddevelopmentneedsastablesocialenvironment.Socialstabilityisthefundamentalguaranteeforthesustainableandhealthydevelopmentofnationaleconomy,andaprerequisitesmoothwhetherforreform.Urbanandruralresidentsincomedistributionisreasonable,isanimportantfactorofaffectingthesocialstability.China'sginicoefficienthasreachedinternationallyrecognized0.4cordon,andchinabecomeofthecountrieswhoseincomegapislargeintheworld.
