7.1TheimplementationofgaugeR&
Rstudyonaspecificmeasurementprocessforaspecificprojectwillbeaccordingtothecustomerrequirement.Thisrequirement(ifany)willbedocumentedinrelevantproductqualityplan.IfcustomerdoesnotrequireanygaugeR&
Rstudy,relevantengineerisfreetochoosewheretoapplythestudy.GauageR&
Rstudyshouldre-implementifspecificmeasurementprocesschange.Engineershoulddefinewhatkindsofchangesshouldre-implementGaugeR&
Raccordingtorelevantprocesschanges.
某一特定项目的某一特定测量工序须作测量仪器R&
R分析的,应根据客户要求。
这种要求(如果有)应注明在相关的品质计划中,如果客户未要求作测量仪器R&
R分析的,由相应的工程师决定何处须作此分析.如某一特定测量工序更改须重执行R&
R,工程师决定何种类型工序更改须重执行R&
R.
7.2Withreferencetocustomerrequirements,QA/PE/TEmanagershavetoidentifytheneedsandplanforwhatgaugeshastobeperformedgaugeR&
Rstudyonwhatprocessforwhatproject.
QA/PE/TE经理根据客户要求确认是否需要此方法,并计划什么项目,什么工序,什么测量仪器要执行R&
R方法.
7.3ConcerneddepartmenthastoperformgaugeR&
RstudyfollowingtheirstudyplanningandfinishGR&
Rbeforethetargetcompletiondatestatedintheplanning.IntheGR&
Rstudy,responsibleengineerhastoselectoperatorswhoare/willbehandlingtheconcernedprocessmeasurementandreview/confirmcorrectmeasurementskillofthoseoperators.UponrequestbyPE/TEdepartment,QAhastoprovidesupporttotheengineeronstudyplanning,dataanalysisandreporting.
相关部门按照他们的研究计划执行测量仪器的R&
R分析,在填写预期完成日期之前完成GR&
R报告.在GR&
R分析中,负责工程师必须选择人员进行相应的工艺测量,并审阅/确认操作人员正确的操作技能.若PE/TE部要求,QA必须帮助工程师作R&
R的计划,分析和报告.
7.4ConcerneddepartmenthastoassigntheGR&
RreportnumberforeachoftheconcernedstudyandupdatetheGSML.TheGSMLwillbereviewedonceamonthforcheckingonexpiredgauges.Ifanexpiredgaugewerefound,relevantmemberwillbeinformedtoremovethemfromtheproductionline.TheGSMLwillberenewedatleastonceayear.
相关部门对每个相关的研究发放GR&
R编号,并更新GSML.每个月必须检查一次GSML,以检查到期的测量仪器.若发现到期仪器,通知相关人员将其拆出生产线.GSML每一年至少更新一次.

R数据10-30%,测量仪器是可有条件地接受的.其取决于应用的重要性,测量仪器的成本,工程人员的认可等等.

8.1Select10sameorsimilarspecsamples,andidentifythenumberfrom1to10onthesamples.
选择10块相同或相同规格的样板,并编号为1到10.
8.2Select3trainedoperators.
选择3个培训过的实际操作员.
8.3Eachofthe3operatorsusesthosesamplestocarryoutthemeasurementunderunknowntheIDnumber.AndthedatawillberecordedbyanotheroperatorofknowIDnumber.
每个员工在不知样板编号的情况下独立对样板进行测量.并由已知样板编号的另一员工为其记录数据.

间断性的让3个员工对10块样板各测量3轮.
