Thisprocesscouldchangecarbondioxidefromanunwanted,climate-changingpollutantintoavastresourceforrenewablefuels.Thecycle—equalamountsofcarbondioxideproducedandremoved—wouldmeanthatcars,trucksandairplanesusingthesynthetic(合成的)fuelswouldnolongerbecontributingtoglobalwarming.
