但我们平时对作文的批改确实没做到这么仔细。

对学生英语作文的激励性评语】

采用整体印象类评语对于高中起始阶段的学生有较好的激励作用，但若千篇一律德使用此类评语，就会使学生无法正确认识自己的写作水平，最终导致教师的评语失去应有的作用。

在作文批改中，只是订正学生所犯的语法错误是不够的。

在学生习作中常常会出现一些句子，本身并没有错，却是一些涉及到语义整体中有关逻辑纽带、语法纽带和词汇纽带的问题，即是语篇质量方面的失误。

对于这些失误，不能简单地以非对即错来论处，无法用语法去解释，而是要靠形成语篇时所应遵循的原则去处理，即要分析语篇的有效性、表达的得体性，并讨论遣词造句是否合乎所用语言的习惯性。

例如，在笔者所任教的高三毕业生的习作中有这样的一个句子：

“teachersdayiscoming.imgoingtoseemymiddle-schoolenglish

teachernextweek.从句子平面看，既无语法错误，亦无书写错误。

但从深层上分析，不难看出句子受到严重的母语干扰，且选词不当，造成意义模糊，影响了交流的有效性。

批改时，笔者不仅在englishteacher下划一条横线以示错误，并在此句旁边写道：

enjoyyourselfwithyourteacheronthecomingteachersday.butiwonderwhoyouaregoingtovisitnextweek,ateacherfromenglandorateacherwhoteachesyouenglish.

后来该学生修改后交上来：

“imgoingtovisitmyteacherwhotaughtmeenglishinthemiddleschool.

又如在学生写作中发现一个精彩的句子，我们教师应及时给予表扬，可批上：

oh,whatanicesentence!

/itsverycleverofyoutoend（begin）yourworkwiththisbeautifulsentence.……

总之，给学生写评语既是一件艰苦而又有意义的事，又是一门学问，写得好会给学生培养和提高书面交际能力带来很大的帮助，其作用不可低估。

教师为学生的英语作业写评语，不仅有利于提高学生的英语书面交际能力，而且有利于促进师生的知识、思想和情感的交流，还有利于提高学生自主学习的积极性，不能简单马虎。

对学生的成绩的评价有多种方式:

1.数值法.即给学生一个直观的分数.

2.abcd等级法.按等级评价学生的成绩.

3.语言描述法.可采取纵向或横向的比较方式.把学生本次的成绩与其上一次的进行对比,或与本次班上其他同学的成绩相比.然后写上评语如;

better,best等。

4.符号评价法.给学生的成绩打上五角星等符号.符号累计的越多,说明其成绩越出色.
