虽然这些评语对我们大部分学生来说不太适合,因为他们连老师评他们什么都看不懂。

但我们平时对作文的批改确实没做到这么仔细。

对学生英语作文的激励性评语】

摘录如下。

采用整体印象类评语对于高中起始阶段的学生有较好的激励作用,但若千篇一律德使用此类评语,就会使学生无法正确认识自己的写作水平,最终导致教师的评语失去应有的作用。

在作文批改中,只是订正学生所犯的语法错误是不够的。

在学生习作中常常会出现一些句子,本身并没有错,却是一些涉及到语义整体中有关逻辑纽带、语法纽带和词汇纽带的问题,即是语篇质量方面的失误。

对于这些失误,不能简单地以非对即错来论处,无法用语法去解释,而是要靠形成语篇时所应遵循的原则去处理,即要分析语篇的有效性、表达的得体性,并讨论遣词造句是否合乎所用语言的习惯性。

例如,在笔者所任教的高三毕业生的习作中有这样的一个句子:

“teachersdayiscoming.imgoingtoseemymiddle-schoolenglish

teachernextweek.从句子平面看,既无语法错误,亦无书写错误。

但从深层上分析,不难看出句子受到严重的母语干扰,且选词不当,造成意义模糊,影响了交流的有效性。

批改时,笔者不仅在englishteacher下划一条横线以示错误,并在此句旁边写道:

enjoyyourselfwithyourteacheronthecomingteachersday.butiwonderwhoyouaregoingtovisitnextweek,ateacherfromenglandorateacherwhoteachesyouenglish.

后来该学生修改后交上来:

“imgoingtovisitmyteacherwhotaughtmeenglishinthemiddleschool.

又如在学生写作中发现一个精彩的句子,我们教师应及时给予表扬,可批上:

oh,whatanicesentence!

/itsverycleverofyoutoend(begin)yourworkwiththisbeautifulsentence.……

well,yourhandwritingisverygood.

总之,给学生写评语既是一件艰苦而又有意义的事,又是一门学问,写得好会给学生培养和提高书面交际能力带来很大的帮助,其作用不可低估。

教师为学生的英语作业写评语,不仅有利于提高学生的英语书面交际能力,而且有利于促进师生的知识、思想和情感的交流,还有利于提高学生自主学习的积极性,不能简单马虎。

对学生的成绩的评价有多种方式:

1.数值法.即给学生一个直观的分数.

2.abcd等级法.按等级评价学生的成绩.

3.语言描述法.可采取纵向或横向的比较方式.把学生本次的成绩与其上一次的进行对比,或与本次班上其他同学的成绩相比.然后写上评语如;

better,best等。

4.符号评价法.给学生的成绩打上五角星等符号.符号累计的越多,说明其成绩越出色.
