一、工程简介
工程名称:
XX数控装备服从有限公司扩建工程1#厂房
建设地点:
XXXX市XX数控装备服从有限公司院内
本工程为单层厂房局部五层,建筑面积42342㎡,建筑高度19、65米。
本厂房生产火灾危险性分类为戊类。
照明总配电柜电源(380V/220V)引自车间变电所,用电负荷为三级。
二、工期要求
计划进场日期:
2014年7月22日。
计划竣工日期:
2014年11月8日。
具体开工日期以招标人发出得书面开工令为准。
三、质量标准
合格。

c、防雷接地系统;
d、电线电缆敷设;
e、支路(管)线敷设;
第二章工程得重点、难点分析
工程得难点
如何做好施工组织将就是此项工程得一个难点。
由于电气安装没有绝对施工工期,因此电气专业施工将始终在土建施工期间交叉作业,这无形中将加大施工组织、作业、检测得难度。
这将就是对我们得管理水平、操作能力、沟通协调能力得一大考验。
对此我单位将配备充足得能够胜任得工程管理人员,高效率地开展工作,对整个工程得进度、质量、安全与成本进行有效得管理与控制,全面对业主负责。
与业主、设计、监理与土建施工队伍密切合作,充分发挥电气承包得沟通与协调职能,严格履行电气承包合同,确保项目目标得实现,圆满实现业主得期望。
第三章项目管理目标及组织机构设置
第一节项目管理目标
一、质量管理目标
确保本工程施工质量达到合格。
二、工期管理目标
计划开工日期:
2014年7月22日。
计划竣工日期:
2014年11月8日。
三、安全管理目标
杜绝工伤死亡事故;
杜绝重大火灾事故;
减少职业病伤害得发生;
外地施工人员健康凭证取证率100%;
四、环境管理目标
噪声排放标准按照III类标准(工业区):
昼间70dB(A),夜间55dB(A)。
化学危险品无泄漏:
进场化学危险品100%在合格供方购买,单独存放率100%,施工过程中100%交底;
有毒有害废弃物合法处置:
化学危险品包装物回收率90%,废墨盒、废硒鼓回收率100%,废旧电池回收率100%,废色带、废油墨盒回收率100%;
杜绝发生重大火灾爆炸事故;
五、建设绿色建筑目标
严格落实业主与设计关于节水、节能、环保与绿化得各项要求,为客户提供一组高品质、高舒适度、高完成度得绿色建筑。
