Abstract
Thesedayswiththeadvancementsinvarioustechnologiesespeciallyinareasliketelecommunication,manyfieldsareaffected;learningforexampleisnolongerconfinedtoclassrooms.Thus,them-learningcomestoexistenceasalearningmethodthatusesthemobile.M-learningisakindoflearningthatusesthemobiledeviceslikedigitalcellphone,personaldigitalassistantsandlaptops.Theaimofthispaperistoimprovethem-learningsystems,inparticularprovidetherequestedknowledgetothelearnerswithlessconstraintintermsofdevices,locationsandnetworksinuse.ThesystemusesWiFinetworkandithasmanyservicestoimprovetheeducationprocesswhichmakesM-learningsystemafullsystemthathasSMS,announcement,homeworkandquizserviceandgivefeedbackforlearners.Themainserviceinthesystemisthequizpartwhichincludesanovelideaintheeducationfieldthatusesthenewgenerationoftechnologies.Thedevelopedsystemisgood,friendly,anditcanimprovethedistanteducationsystems.Anaccesspoint,usedtomakeawirelessnetworkcovershugeareas,makestheserviceavailabletousersinawiderange.Themostimportantindividualsinvolvedintheresearchareteachers,students,andeducationalorganizationssuchas:

Prototypingofahomecaresystemforactivitysurveillanceandsleepassessmenttargetedtoelderlypeopleinvolvesthecompromiseofwearingcomfortandmeasurementperformance.Weproposeawearableheartratevariabilitymonitorconnectedviawirelessdigitallinktoahome-embeddedinfrastructureofmultimodalhealthsurveillancesystem.Thecoin-sizewearablerecorderacquiresandprocessestheelectrocardiogramandsendsannotatedtachogramdataaccordinglytothesubject'sstatusandprogramedschedule.Thankstoremoteprogrammability,incaseofpredefinedthresholdsexcess,therecorderresponseisimmediate,whereastheregularreportsareorganizedinpacketsanddeliveredinbulkinshorttransmissionsessions.Thisapproachsignificantlyreducesthedatarateandtheenergyrequiredtosupplythecommunicationmodule.Theprototypeweighting11.2gisbasedontheARM7(AtmelCorporateHeadquarters2325OrchardParkwaySanJose,CA,USA)processorrunningat18MHzandwitha300-mAhrechargeablebatteryallowsforupto10daysofseamlesstachogrammonitoring.
