Article5Areaconfirmationanddifferencetreatment

Article7Breachofcontractresponsibilityforoverduepayment

Ifthebuyercannoteffectthepaymentinthestipulatedtime,heorshewillbetreatedinthemode:

1.Thiscommodityresidentialbuildingisinspectedtobequalified.

2.Thiscommodityresidentialbuildingiscomprehensivelyinspectedtobequalified.

3.Thiscommodityresidentialbuildingisinstallmentinspectedtobequalified.

4.Thiscommodityresidentialbuildingobtainedtheapprovaldocumentsofcommercialresidentialhandoverforusage.

Article9Responsibilityofdelayinhandoverapartment

Exceptforthespecialcasesstipulatedinarticle8,ifthesellercannothandovertheapartmenttobuyerinthestipulatedscheduleinthiscontract,thebuyershouldbetreatedinthefollowingmode:

1.Accordingtotheoverduetime,thesellershouldbetreatedseparately（notbeaccumulated）

（1）Foroverduedatelessthandays,fromthe2nddayofdeadlinestipulatedinarticle8totheactualdeliverday,thesellershouldpay_____%defaultfineofthealreadyeffectedpayment,thiscontractwillbeperformedcontinuously.

Article10Agreementontheplanninganddesigningvariation

Theplanninganddesigningvariationagreedbygovernmentordesigningorganization,whichaffectsthecommodityresidentialqualityandusageofbuyer,thesellershouldsendwrittennotificationtothebuyerwithin10daysaftertheapprovalupontherelatedauthority:

（1）Theconstruction,layout,spacedimension,orientation;

Thebuyerhastherightstoreplyinwrittenwordsregardingwhethertocanceltheorderwithin15daysafterreceivingthenotice.Ifthebuyerdidn’tcanceltheorderwithin15daysafterreceivingthenotice,itwillberegardedasacceptancetothevariation.Ifthesellerhasn’tnoticedthebuyerwithinstipulatedtime,thebuyerhasrightstocanceltheorder.
