ScientistshavediscoveredSpanishfluvirusesindeadbodiesburiedin1918intheAlaskantundra(冻原).WhenclosetohalfofthepopulationofaSiberiantowninthe1890sdiedofsmallpox(天花),theirbodieswereburiedinthepermafrostalongtheKolymaRiver.Thebanksofthatriverarenowbeginningtowearawayamidglobalwarming,theBBCreports.
