vereadaboutprogressreports,youknowthattheycanbeformattedasbusinesslettersormemosorasseparatereportswithcoverlettersormemos.Thisoneputsthereportrightinsideamemo.Noticethatthismemohasallthestandardelementssuchasto,from,subject,anddatelines.Otherwise,standardheadings,lists,andtablesareusedthroughouttherestofthememo.

ThismemodescribestheprogressIhavemadeonmyindependent-studyprojecttowriteareportondebugginginScheme.Inthismemo,IreviewthenatureoftheprojectanddescribeworkIhavecompleted,workIamcurrentlyengagedin,andworkIplantocompletebytheendoftheproject.AsIdescribedinmymemoofJune21,thisprojectwillresultinatechnicalreportwhosepurposeistoprovidereaderswithpracticalinformationondevelopinganddebugging调试programsinScheme,supplementarytothematerialinyourtextbook,AnIntroductiontoSchemeanditsImplementation执行.

IhavecompletedfirstdraftsofthesectionsinpartAonloadingthedebuggingmodule,breaklevels,andapply-backtrace.Iintendtomakenoteofadditionalmaterialforthesesectionswhileworkingonthelatersections,iffurtherbackgroundinformationisneeded.

PresentWork

IamcurrentlyworkingonthesectionsinpartB.Sincethesesectionsarehighlyinterrelated,Iamworkingonthemroughlyinparallel.IamalsocurrentlyresearchinginformationonotherSchemesystemsforsection11;

IhavelocatedinformationonGambitandDrScheme.Iexpectthecurrentworktobecompletedbytheendofthisweek,July25th.

FutureWork

Next,IwilldraftthesectionsinpartCandtheaddendumonotherSchemesystems.Finally,Iwillfullyrevisetheentiredraft,integratingfurthermaterialwheredeficiencieshavebecomeevidentduringworkonothersections.ThefinalreportwillbereadyforyourreviewonAugust6th.
