Therearemanytechniquesyoucanusetoimproveyourmemory.Someofthemareintroducedher. 

Firstandforemost,youneedtostimulateyourmemoryallthetime.Toputitsimply,youshoulduseyourmemoryasmuchaspossible.Itisespeciallyimportanttotrytolearnsomethingnew.Ifyouworkinanoffice,learntodance;

ifyouareadancer,learntodealwithacomputer,ifyouworkwithsales,andlearntoplaychess;

ifyouareaprogrammer,learntopaint.TheseaddedactivitiesstimulatethebrainsothatItcontinuestofunction.  

Olderpeopleneedtopayattentiontothingstheyaredealingwith.Don’ttrytomemorizeeverythingthatcatchesyourattention;

focusonwhatyouconsiderimportant.Forexample,youcantakeanyobjectsuchasapenandconcentrateonit.Thinkonitsvariouscharacteristics:

itsmaterial,itsfunction,itscolor,andsoon.Don’tallowanyotherthoughttooccupyyourmindwhileyouareconcentratinginthatpen.
