美丽的亚龙湾今晚格外迷人，在和煦的海风吹拂下，在璀璨的灯火照耀下，我们迎来了一个令人瞩目的重要时刻。

我非常荣幸地宣布，由国务院新闻办、商务部、文化部、国家广电总局、国家新闻出版总署、国家体育总局、国家旅游局、中共海南省委、海南省人民政府发起，海南省人民政府、国家旅游局、世界旅游组织、国家开发银行、博鳌亚洲论坛、凤凰卫视、中国联通共同主办的201X博鳌国际旅游论坛开幕礼现在开始。

我谨代表论坛筹委会，对出席论坛的各国领导人、政府官员、企业家、专家学者以及新闻界的朋友们，表示最热烈的欢迎!

在接下来的两天，我们将聆听嘉宾们智慧的声音。

出现开幕礼的重要嘉宾，有中国国家领导人：
