AAAPre-LaunchDeliverables:

PERFORMANCESTANDARDS

1.ServiceAvailability.TheServicegenerallyshallbepubliclyavailabletoUsersaminimumof95%ofthetimeduringany7dayperiodand98%ofthetimeduringany30dayperiod,excludingMaintenance.MaintenanceisdefinedasscheduledServiceoutagesforServicemaintenanceorupgradesofwhichAAAisnotifiedatleast48hoursinadvance,solongassuchoutagesarescheduledforlow-_________（Country）getimeperiodsanddonotexceedatotalof20hoursinany30dayperiod.

2.ResponseTime.ThemeanresponsetimeforserverresponsetoaccesstheServiceshallnotexceedmorethan6secondsduringany1hourperiod.

3.Bandwidth.Throughouttheterm,BBBshallhaveanagreementinplacewithitsInternetconnectivityproviderwhichrequiressuchprovidertoautomaticallyincreasebandwidthcapacityifsuchcapacityexceeds25%utilization.

4.Security.BBBshallpreventunauthorizedaccesstorestrictedareasofitsserversandanydatabasesorothersensitivematerialgeneratedfromorusedinconjunctionwiththeService.Inaddition,BBBshallimmediatelynotifyAAAofanyknownsecuritybreachesorholesintheServiceorCo-BrandedPages.

5.ErrorCorrection.BBBshallresolveanyerrorswiththeService（includingwithoutlimitationanyJavascriptsorActiveXcontrolsusedinconnectionwithsuchpages）thatcausesuchservicesnottobeabletoperformoneormoremajorfunctionswithin24hoursoftheearlierofitsdiscoveryoftheerrororAAA’snoticeoftheerror.BBBshallresolveallothererrorswithsuchserviceswithin7daysoftheearlierofitsdiscoveryoftheerrororAAA’snoticeoftheerror.

6.BrowserCompatibility.TheServiceshallinitiallybecompatiblewithNetscapeNavigator3.Xand4.XandMicrosoftInternetExplorer3.Xand4.X.AAAmayunilaterallyaddadditionalbrowsersorversionsthattheServicemustbecompatiblewith,effectiveafter30daysadvancewrittennotice,ifAAAcertifiesthatsuchadditionalbrowsersorversionsareusedbymorethan5%ofitsUsers.Usersshallnotrequireanyplug-insinordertoaccessanyServicefunctionality.

7.DataAuthentication.BBBshallusecommerciallyreasonableefforts,nolessthanindustry-sta
