Withthedevelopmentofglobalizationandinformationtechnology,outsourcinghasgainedgreatpopularityallovertheworld.Ontheotherhand,virtualworkshavemorechancestofindfreelanceworkswiththedevelopmentofoutsourcing.Thereasonsforoutsourcingincludeslowoperationalandlaborcosts,taxbreaks,togainmoreglobalandlocalmarketshare,toreducerisks,tomovetohighersegmentsofthevalueaddedchain,toserveforinnovationaswellastofocustoacceleratebusinesstransformation.NowtheBrammerisencounteredwithaproblemofmanagementthatthepurchasingandmanagementofsparesforthedailyoperations,maintenanceandrepairofproductionandmanufacturingequipmentisoftenacomplex,timeandresourceconsumingissueformostorganizations.TheBrammerisconsideringwhethertheywilloutsourcethemanagementofspares.

ThisresearchwillfocusonidentifyingamanagementproblemoftheBrammeranddesigninganappropriatebusinessresearchstrategyforsuccessinbusiness.Whatismore,theessaywillchooseaqualitativeresearchmethodologytoinvestigatetheorganizationalmanagementproblemoftheBrammer.

AsoneoftheEurope’sleadingsupplierofqualityindustrialmaintenance,repairandoverhaulproducts,theBrammerhasenjoyedgoodreputationalltheworld.WithitsheadquarterinEngland,theBrammeroperatesoutofmorethan300locationsin15countries.Theaimofthecompanyistosupplyarangeofsolutionswhicharedesignedtohelptheclientstocutdownthetotalcostofcomponentacquisition.

InordertocutdownthecostofsuchpurchasingandmanagementandfocusonthecorebusinessoftheBrammer,hehastakenintoconsiderationoutsourcingsuchpurchaseandmanagementtoothersmallcompanies,withthemoreandmorepopularityofoutsourcingandoutsourcingwebsites.

However,thishasnotbeenapprovedbytheboardofdirectors.Butitwillbediscussedasagoodideatocutdownthecostofpurchasingandmanagement.
