经过前期的调研及方案讨论确认，根据鄂尔多斯羊绒集团纺纱工厂的工作实际情况和业务的了解，我们已经确定将纺纱厂的流程分成如下细目，并结合JDE的标准功能设计，参考调研阶段的会议纪要。

流程描述

本流程适用资源股份公司下发委托工单给纺纱厂及纺纱主要工序生产流程。

纺纱出来的纱线由质检中心检验结果，然后分等级。

检验工序贯穿于生产过程工序的质量检测监控。
