价格条款都是FOB介。

所有的价格包括到码头前的全部国内运费和

港口所需的全部费用•船运货柜按照买方的要求装柜。

-Colorshadesaremadeaccordingto:

1-“lightgrayVR”anddeepgrayVR”

areaccordingspecialVRcolorsamplesthatBuyerhasgiventoSeller（notaccordingtotheStandardcolorcardofBuyer）.Hand-feelandsoftnessare

accordingtothesample“deepgrayVR”.2-othercolorsshadesandhand-feelareaccordingtocolorsamplesthatSellerhasgiventoBuyer.

染色标准：

1-“VR浅灰”和“VR深灰”按照买方已提供给卖方的特别VR色样（注意；

不是按照买方提供的”标准”色卡）。

手感和软度是按照样品”深灰色VF”。

2-剩下的

颜色和手感卖方仓库中现有提供给买方的色样（买方已拿到）。

-Allquantityofthefabricmustbeinthefirstclassofexportquality，made

ofonebulkfirst-classgrayfabric.Itmustnotbeusedopen-endyarn.FabricsareproducedbySelleritself;itissofthand-feel.Sellerwillcarewellofproductionandquality/quantityofthegoodsandpayspecialattentiononthe

finalqualitycheckofthegoodsafterproductionisfinished.

所有的布质量必须符合出口商品一等品出口标准，由同一批坯布的一等品生产的。

不得

少经纬纱。

布料必须是由卖方自行生产，布料手感柔软。

卖方要严格监控整个生产过程，

特别注意生产完成之后的质量和数量的检验。

-Fabricshrinkageafterthethirdwashistobelessthan2%bothinlength

andwidthon60oCtemperature.

缩水率要求：

温度60C三次水洗后，经纬向缩率均小于2%

-Fabricquality，composition，yarnnumberanddensity，weight，width，weave，shrinkagemustbeaswrittenabove.Colorfastnessafterthethirdwashon60oCtemperature，dryrubbing，wetrubbing，stainingcottonandpolyesterstrap，colorfastnesstolightandperspirationhavetobegradedasgrade4orabove（atgradescale1-5，where5isbest）.

布料的质量，成分，纱支号，以及密度，克重，幅宽，织法，缩水率均必须满足上述要

求。

色牢度要求在温度60C三次水洗条件下，干磨，湿磨，在全棉和全涤的面料上的着色，耐晒色牢度和耐汗色牢度等方面均需达到4级以上。

（在检测级别1-5级中，5

级是最好的）。

-IfSellerfailstoproducequalityascontractedoritusefabricsofdifferentcompositionordifferentyarnnumber/density，Buyerhasrighttocancelthe

order.

如果卖方没有按照定单的质量要求生产，或者是随意改变面料成分比例、纱支号或密度等质量指标，买方有权单方取消定单。

-Afterproductionisfinished，Sellermusttestfabricsinfactorylab（allcolors）byowncost.Testreportsaretocontaintheabovecharacteristics（composition，yarnnumberanddensity，weight，width，weave，shrinkagedryrubbing，wetrubbing，stainingcottonandpolyesterstrap，colorfastness

tolightandperspiration）attheaboveconditionsandmustsatisfytheabovequalitydemands.

生产结束后，卖方需在本厂质检室对所有颜色的面料进行检验并提供报告。

质量报告需

包括以下全部项目（面料成分、纱支、密度，克重，幅宽，织法，缩水率，以及水洗，

干磨，湿磨。

涤棉面料的耐晒色牢度，耐汗色牢度等。

质量报告所需费用由卖方承担。

所有上述质量要求都必须满足本合同所规定的要求

-TestreportsaretobeaddressedtoBuyer'sname.

质量报告属于买方的名下。

TermsofPayment:

T/TUSDasdepositwithin，andthe

leftofthetotalvalueopenedtheIrrevocableLetterofCreditatsight，afterproductionisfinishandallthegoodsarecompletelyreadyfordelivery

accordingtotheaboverequirements，infavorofthesellerandunrestricted

tonegotiation.Openingbanktobeacceptabletoseller'sbank.Application

forL/Cshouldbefaxedtothesellerbeforeissued.

付款条件：

年月日内电汇美金作为定金。

货款开立不可撤销即期信用证，需在卖方按定单要求完成生产且可以发货之后开立信用证，信用证以卖方为受益人可自由议付，开证行是卖方的银行可接受的银行，信用证申请书需于信用证开立前传真于卖方。

样品条款：

卖方必须将样品寄送给买方，以供确认面料的外观、手感、柔软度和颜色。

通过“EMS快递寄样品到国内的地址按照

买方的要求，由买方选择适合的关于两个（A和B）方面的样品：

A-布料软度和外观的样品：

关于”VF”颜色，三个不同软度的样品以供买方选择软度，手感和外观样子。

关于别的

颜色一个样品。

B-颜色样品：

“VR颜色三个不同的样品以供买方选择。

别的颜色一个样品。

-同时附上0.5米的相应原始坯布。

2）—before（afterproductionisfinished）:
