如何选择介词for或of?

如果该句型中的形容词是用来说明“某人”的性格或品质(如kind,good,nice,wise,stupid,clever,foolish,silly,impolite,selfish,considerate...)时,介词用of(“某人”和这些形容词可以构成主系表结构),其它情况介词用for。

It+be+adj.(easy/difficult/hard/important/possible/necessary...)+forsb+todosth

It+be+adj.(kind/nice/clever/stupid/foolish/silly/impolite/selfish/considerate...)+ofsb+todo/havedonesth.

3.it在特定句型中的运用

二、therebe结构用法

1.therebe句式译作“有”,它有不同的时态,而且可以和各种助动词、情态动词连用。

2.therebe句式中,be可用seem/appear(tobe),happentobe,islikelytobe,usedtobe或remain,stand,lie,go,exist,follow,live,come,occur等替换,视作therebe句型的变式。

Thereseemstobenodoubtabouttheproblem.关于这个问题似乎没有疑点。

3.therebe在特定句型中的应用

(1)Thereisnopoint/sense(in)doingsth.=It’snouse/gooddoingsth.做…是没有意义的

(2)Thereisnodoubtthat……是毫无疑问的

(3)Thereisnodenyingthat……是不可否认的

(4)Thereisnoneedtodosth.…是没有必要的

(5)Therebe+主语+doing…

(6)“therebeing”视作非谓语做状语
