1.2结构主体应通过当地政府相关部门的验收，包括质检站的验收，消防部门的验收，规划部门的验收，等。

3.6.4户门以内卧室、客厅、厨房、卫生间、封闭阳台及过道的墙面为轻质隔墙，刮腻子两遍，做到表面压实，粘接牢固、无裂缝；

顶棚不抹灰。

厨房、卫生间等需要防水的房间地面应完成防水层、保护层，并应进行两次蓄水试验做到无渗漏,要提交蓄水试验报告；

地漏与泛水坡度符合设计要求，达到不倒泛水，卫生间和厨房的完成面要低于其它地面，防止水倒流，结合处严密平顺，无渗漏。
